Initially I found this medical clinic useful and convenient as I was able to obtain a virtual appt quicker than booking an appointment with my family physician. I booked my appointment with one of their female physician’s-Dr. Gharg. A couple of months ago she was able to address my concerns over the phone and the process to obtain medications from the pharmacy was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, after a month my symptoms had returned, and I decided to make an another virtual appt with Dr. Gharg so I could address my symptoms sooner than waiting two weeks for my family physician. After booking online, two hours had passed and I did not receive a phone call. I called the clinic and was informed by the receptionist that she had conveniently declined to see me and referred to book with my family physician instead. I was baffled and unaware that physicians could ‘pick and choose’ their patients. I found her behavior unprofessional and inappropriate. Professionally, she could have spoken to me and address her concerns. Instead, she made her patient wait for hours, prohibit the opportunity to schedule an appointment elsewhere, and disregard her duty to provide care. As a registered nurse who is a frontline employee, I was disappointed and stunned by Dr. Gharg’s lack of professionalism and competence. I will not book with her again.

Beyond medical clinic is such beyond of my expectations no word to appreciate really excellent, Dr. M.Ahmed is such a nice, kind and well mannered person he is really outstanding.

Amazing walk in clinic! They always try and accommodate us the same day or next day. Dr Ahmed is a wonderful doctor. He is friendly, patient and takes time to listen to our concerns. I have seen him for myself and my other family members and I have always felt very comfortable and assured with him. He is an excellent Dr! Highly recommend this clinic. I wish I could give 0 stars. this doctor is one of the most horrible person I've ever met. I was actually crying on the phone during our appointment pleading for help with direction and support for mental health and she got mad at me that I went and saw another doctor previously. She scolded me like a little child and refused to help with my depression/anxiety. She threatened me that I am not allowed to see any other doctor going forward or she will remove me from her client list. This is appalling behavior, as a physician I expect some compassion especially if a person is having a hard time and just reaching out for support. Even if she couldn't assist me that day why couldn't she help with the right steps towards getting the support or other suggestions/places to help support. This is disgusting behavior for a doctor.

Super rude admin staff in the clinic. Saying a doctor wouldn’t even see me before I even finished speaking and sharing what brought me in and if they would it would be right before closing… Despite their signage saying “new patients and walk ins welcome”. Wait room was completely empty aside from 1 other person.The only person who was helpful was the woman working in the pharmacy.

Great experience. Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor and listens respectfully and patiently answers your queries. He is thorough in his check up and makes sure to guide the patient in a right direction. I have seen Dr. Ahmed for both myself and my family and felt highly comfortable and relaxed while discussing our queries with him.

Nice and Clean place. Staff treat you proffetional and politely. Jana is a lovely lady she is doing as a receptionist who likes really to help patients. Thanks Dr Ahmed, he is very attentive, observant and knowledgeable.

Best walk in experience I have ever had! I called the office today, Thursday Nov 17 at 10:30am and got a walk in appointment for 1:40pm. Arrived at 1:30pm and was out of the office by 1:38pm, before my assigned appointment time!The receptionist was super sweet and accommodated my needs to get my son seen before picking up my other kids from school. Will definitely be my walk in office from now on.I was actually thinking about calling the office and asking if they are accepting patients for family doctors! Super clean and friendly office :)Oh and don't forget your masks!

I have been to many medical clinic but these guys are honestly super!I called this morning and Parm (front desk) was trying to help me and luckily they had a cancellation! From my call till I left with my medication including my drive to them was all 45mins! The place is very nice and welcoming and all staff were amazing honestly!Dr Ahmad is so nice as well as the pharmacist….Thank you so much!
