Had purchased some wood for a deck project. Went to cut some stairs 3 weeks later and realized their was a huge split running down one of the 2x12. Thought it would be an easy exchange. Called the office. Manager said because it had been over a few days he couldnt help. Went on about warping and shrinking.... which wasnt the case. I'm out money and need to replace because Glens supplies bad product and worse customer service. Further more. The fat guy at the front desk lacks serious people skills. Told me I cant bring back wood that's been outside. Go pick up my 2x10 in the back..... they were outside. Head shake!!!

Good place to get what your looking for. Small store which makes for a quick trip. Sometimes it can be hard to find someone out in the yard. They are as quick as they can be though. Staff knowledgeable and good to deal with.

Excellent customer service! They've always got what is needed and delivery is quick and efficient. The drivers are excellent and work with the crew to place the material in the best possible spot. Best home grown Lumber and tool provider in eastern Ontario from what I've found in my many years in the construction industry!
