Walmart Pharmacy

These pictures been taken on June 29. All of the cottage cheese on the shelf expired on June 23 or earlier June 19. I think it’s a really big issue leaving product out what way passed the expiry date.

Gets a star for the fact that it's conveniently located near my house. Everything else needs serious improvement ... it's dirty, disorganized, staff isn't around for assistance, and shelves are never stocked. The quality has significantly gone down at this store. Definitely needs change in management.

Best pharmacy in the area. I used to use the other major local pharma and they were insultingly slow; this Walmart team is great.

Went here with sick 3 year old only to be told they’re leaving early so can’t see me. Great…

Very disappointed that the 2nd time coming here needing antibiotics for my toddler and they don't have. Amoxicillin is very common and should be well stocked. It isnt out at any other pharmacy so whats their excuse every time?

I was at your store today Dec 11th 2018 during lunch time. The lady in front me had about 20 items which I thought I be out of there in no time to pick up my grandson from school, however, I waited for over 25 minutes as the cashier was adjusting a price match for each item, this unacceptable, I feel price match adjustments should not be done at a regular cash but instead at customer service desk or have a separate cash, perhaps a robot machine, as you are replacing staff with robot machines. During Christmas time or anytime this should not be happening you have to think if it’s worth it shopping at Walmart.

By far the worst and laziest cashiers in any Walmart. They always refuse to pack my groceries when I bring my own bags. I've complained to mgmt for over 2 years now and it's still the same. I've even identified the cashiers. Now I don't shop there. Too bad seeing as it's very close to home. I just don't need the stress from people who don't want to do their job.

I guess this is not new about the issue in Walmart pharmacy I read about another complaint from other client and we have the same issue. I called for a refill and they put me on hold for 30 minutes. I used my cell for another call and left my land line phone on hold just to try if someone will answer the phone and when he answer me I let him know that I am still on hold on the other line and he said the person who answer me went for break. How is that for a client service!!!!!

Needed a refill for a nasal prescription. Asked to wait 20 minutes at 3:38pm. Came back 22 minutes later to be asked to wait another 5 minutes (waited 10), then asked to wait another 5 again, and finally asked to wait for the doctor to come out from the consultation room for 1 nasal spray. I understand if it is busy because I have been working in retail for 1+ years but left very disappointed and frustrated for the long wait and the uncertainty when my prescription would be completed. Left at 4:40 1 hour of waiting, unbelievable.

The staff here are incompetent. Don’t want to help you at all. I bought a medication prescription that I was allergic to that brand and the ingredients that they used. They gave me the wrong brand, also refused to exchange and it said it was the fault of the doctor and not helping out to exchange the item. I paid $35 for this medication and they refused to exchange it for another company that I can really use. The management and staff here are really rude, stubborn, robotic, non-empathetically heartless, arrogant and will not help you with any issues. They have poor communication skills. Told me it’s the law they don’t offer refunds I wasn’t looking for a refund but an alternative exchange. The leading pharmacist Sutha was yelling back at me and said rules are the rules no exception and walked away without trying to help out our situation. They really need to work on their customer service skills.
