Have been buying my supplements from here since last summer.. always a great experience, keep up the good work guys :)

Just started my fitness journey and went in to look for some whey protein. There was a large selection and the staff there was knowledgeable enough to explain different brands to me. Great place for a beginner. They offer to beat competitor prices by 5% but my protein was cheaper than anywhere I found online.

Vitthal was very attentive from the moment I entered the store and the time I left. He’s very knowledgable, funny, and made a great conversation and connection with me. It was the best experience at your branch so far.

Very banal experience. I walked into the shop. There was no music, the lights were off it was cold. The worker was sleeping on a mat in the store.i felt very uncomfortable to engage and ask for help since he was on the ground and I did not know if he was awake. He later helped me at the cashier which took a very long time. He was knowledgable with the prices but he seemed very unenthusiastic being there. A lot of other supplement stores have engaging service. Giving one star for below average service.

You really need more knowledgeable staff. Guy working there today doesn't know his products. Couldn't tell me anything. I had to Google about the products as he sat there.

Had an amazing experience buying from Sikander there. Got my supplements from him and will be referring him to all my friend and he gave me very good deal. He knows his job well has a very good idea of how all the supplement works

Have been stocking for here for a year now. Always have the best products and great customer service especially Vitthal. He gave me really good advice and options. Thanks for the tip on pancakes

My experience shopping here was disappointing. The young female who was working there was not very helpful or engaging. I felt as though I was being a nuisance by asking questions about a product I was interested in. When I did purchase the product she could not give me a receipt because the machine was broken(understandable) but her response was curt. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Anyway I will shop there again and see if I have a better experience.

They have a sign in the window that says they beat competitive prices by 5%, I showed the guy an online local shop to match and the price difference was $20 he would only lower by $10. Other shops nearby beat online prices so I went to another supplement store.The online shop has a physical location in Langley and in Maple Ridge it's SVN Canada and this was communicated. They also have free shipping over $49 which the order would be eligible for and why are you factoring in taxes if you factor in taxes on a price match your customer would essentially get charged taxes twice.A competitor down the street not only matched the price but beat it as well.
