I couldn't believe the difference between the before and the after! Barb did an amazing job and was very professional. I was leaning over her shoulder the entire time since I know nothing about these units and she was very informative and showed me how the system works. My unit had been turned off for several years and likely never cleaned since it was installed 12+ years ago and it looks like a new unit now.I definitely recommend Mountainview Fireplace Services and will be booking regular maintenance with them in the future.

The ad had really good reviews so I messaged and got a response promptly, seemed like a decent price (admittedly, I hadn’t shopped around - I just wanted it done) and was able to book an appointment in a few days! I found this company while scrolling through Facebook and didn’t realize this type of company even existed. My fireplace needed servicing and I didn’t know who to call. Barb got me an appointment immediately and came and serviced my fireplace. The job she did was beyond my expectations. She turned my old 14 year old fireplace into a brand new one. We had Barb from Mountain View over to clean the fireplace in a 15 yr old house we just bought. I thought it was going to need replacement glass and who knows what else. Well she worked miracles and it looks like new. Works awesome as well. Wished it would let me post pics.

Barb was friendly, fast and did an amazing job. I am the second owner of the house and Iam almost positive the fireplace has never been cleaned. It looks so much better and I would highly recommend Barb. Well worth it!
