I order two replacement parts for my Gazebo a Canvass & Screen. We got the product in three days. The screen was defective so they were going to replace but didn't have any due to the Covid-19 crisis.. What they did was refund me the cost plus tax for the screen... Great people and company to work with!! ... the screen will still need to be replaced but still .. they are great!

I really appreciated how Apex took ownership of the wrong shipment even though I had not opened the package and inspected the item until months after I received it. I really appreciate how helpful the team was and how quickly and courteously Customer Service resolved my issue. No one blamed me, no one pointed fingers. Apex just worked with me, resolved my issue and that is truly fantastic. Thank you very much.

The wrong size replacement top was sent out but once we discovered the error (2 days before our event) we spoke with Jessica who was very apologetic and made sure that we were sent the correct size the NEXT DAY in time for the Saturday party. She was the BEST!! I will buy from Apex directly from now on since their customer service was excellent! Thanks again Jessica!

I have been searching high and low for a replacement canopy for our gazebo and had almost given up. I didn't see it on their website so I contacted customer service. Maud responded right away and I sent her photos and she found our gazebo cover for us! Excellent service! Thank you so much!

We’ve been looking since October 2022. For a replacement canopy for our gazebo from rona. We received it within 3 days of ordering. The customer service is fantastic. They answered all my questions and concerns. They even called me back the same day. The fitment is better than original. We did upgrade to the ripstop. It was well worth the extra $10. It’s tempting to try to save money. Ordering a new canopy for your gazebo. But for $218 shipped to our door. we couldn’t be more happier with the result. If you are looking for a replacement canopy. Spend a little extra. And get it from Apex. They’re also located in Canada. In Ajax Ontario.

We ordered a new canopy top that lasted only 2 years. We took it inside during the winter and pushed off the rain that puddled on top of it whenever it rained.The fabric started to rip and not along the seams. We patched it several times.The fabric is very thin unlike the original which lasted over 6years.Not a happy customer as they can’t help us since the warranty is for 1 year.

I purchased 10' by 10' on May 2020.It is so durable and really nice.So I purchased covers for the gazebo for winter time.The Apex sent out package by UPS but UPS lost it.Right after that the Apex sent out new one right away.The Apex has good product and good customer service.

I bought a replacement canopy for my 10x12 gazebo 2 years ago. With a bit of a force I managed to put it on existing structure. So far it works well and it is pretty good even when it's raining.

Very fast and efficient service!! Got one part of our gazebo stolen, and didn't know how to look for replacement beam, but Apex customer service managed to give me an answer same day, plus quote and option to pick it up!! So glad you're here, otherwise I didn't see myself having to buy a new gazebo or to find a place to customize the missing piece! Thank you so much!! We're ready for the summer!
