The worst experience I have had dealing with a company. The owner never got my payment in Spring 2016, never let me know until I contacted him for more work in early November. Then I mailed another check and waited. Contacted again in December and he called me a liar that payment had never been sent even though I sent a check twice. I offered to meet him to pay cash or to pay when he comes over to do service. He kept accusing me of lying. I explained that it would not be logical for me to not pay and keep calling for him to do work for me. Fast forward to January 6th and I see the second check I mailed on 11/4/16 was finally cashed. I once again reached out to him and he was still unbelievably rude. No apology, instead calls me a troll and says I am the first customer to be banned from Fish Geeks. I would avoid this company at all costs. HORRIBLE horrible horrible person and customer service.

I needed to talk to a fish expert, So I Googled it and got fishgeek he was very Patient helpful and informative a nice guy Thank you fishgeek for your help.

I grew up with tropical fish Tanks and did quite well with them. My kids convinced me we should make the change to saltwater. I didnt think making the change would be a big deal. I soon realized I didnt have a clue what i was getting myself in to. I ended up contacting fish geeks and got some great advice on what I needed to do, it's not as simple as I thought. But they offered some great advice and we are slowly gaining confidence in our new found passion. Thanks fish geeks.

Doug weilds his knowledge like a masterful wizard, swishing around his fish wand with a precision that is nearly incomprehensible. He really does know his stuff, hes a good guy that is obsessed with perfection and doing things right. I Absolutely recommend this business.

Doug is very knowledgeable and friendly about different species of fish and how to care for them. He coached us over the phone on the best way to handle sick fish and how to best help live babies born in the aquarium. I highly recommend him!

Doug at Fish Geeks is the BEST EVER. Having watched Doug during the time I was working for Cabela's in Rogers Minnesota, I can he genuinely cares about the creatures in his care. In other words, Doug always gave 110%, that's just the way he rolls.
