Wonderful customer service. I bought a new 2023 Mitsubishi RVR and Sam was amazing. He was perfectly professional. Going through finance was a breeze and the overall purchasing experience was great. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're considering buying a new vehicle!

Came in here yesterday and it was a terrible experience. I saw on their website that they had the car I wanted and it was on sale. I went in and the guy was fine at first he showed me the car we test drove it and I was interested. He comes back with numbers and the numbers seemed incredibly off for the price listed. I started to run the numbers myself and they were not coming even CLOSE to what this guy had me quoted at. I eventually come to realize that he has added a $2300 package on top without my consent or knowledge. He also couldn't explain how he was reaching the numbers he quoted me just that I was doing it wrong" When I got home I used the scotiabank auto loan calculator and sure enough they were trying to get me to pay close to an extra 40 dollars biweekly from what it should have been. I am not sure if they tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman or because I am native. I even tried to call them today to discuss how I felt about my interaction last night and no one will answer the phone. I HIGHLY recommend you take your business else where these guys are scammers for sure

Was a great experience. Super professional and courteous. I came in looking for a new family car and Sam Deokate came through with a beautiful miitsubishi outlander 2023. This car was beyond exceptional and was a better bargain than anything else I could find in edmonton even compared to vehicles in the used market. 10 out 10 in my opinions and will be a repeat customer sure.

Sam was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Very Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my first car buying experience easy. I am proud owner of new RVR 2023,,, Super happy and excited

I bought a vehicle from them and they sold me gap insurance without telling that it is only credit they will give you to buy new vehicle from them itself which is of no value to me now. And now when i got into an accident, i want to get my gap insurance benefits, their managers are not picking up calls. I would suggest to not buy any vehicle from them. Be careful to get cheated there

Not a very good experience purchasing a vehicle here. The plan was to purchase a new car but they mislead me and instead sold me a used car with 600+ mileage on it already. Even after expressing my concerns to the manager, he was not helpful at all. They were deceptive and didn’t even bother doing any sort of amendments to make up for their dishonesty. I’m honestly really disappointed with this experience and I don’t recommend this location when making an important purchase like this.

Bought a new outlander from them. First of they wont give it on MSRP. Ever since covid ended all these dealerships are just ripping of people so its not just them.The Sales person, Ronald, was good and it was pleasant dealing with him. Even the finance process went smoothly with Kathleen.My only complaint is that you don’t feel welcomed for the business you give them. The day I went to pick my vehicle I was just told to go the finance first and then go to the delivery area so we just walked all the way to the other side of the parking lot. Ron at the delivery centre was very helpful.Overall I would say they that they need to be a little more customer service oriented.Also I never heard from anyone again as it been a week for a feedback or anything else.

Mitsubishi west side and company was very helpful in helping us find a new family car, our dealer Sam and finance manager Meaghan Odegard was supportive and helpful in getting us deals/ prices that helps our budget and also giving full explanations on everything and on helping us on every step of the way. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we are very thankful to those involved

Sales person awesomeAs for financing person worst experience I had in buying vehicles in 30 years.Needs too find new job.Because off finance person I walked away and went too different dealership.
