Ive dealt with Sam on several occasions, and I can honestly say that he is one of the most professional and knowledgeable individual's in the banking field that I've met in ages.My last dedicated advisor had retired about 8 years ago, and ever since I've been banking with various institutions, And I haven't been loyal to any given that I've dealt with many incompetent people. I've laid my trust with Sam as he is an absolute Diamond in the industry and now do all my banking with him.

Amazing service. Offered the lowest 5 year fixed mortage rate. Chris helped me in every step of the mortgage process. I have moved all my accounts from TD to Meridian. They also offer the best savings account rate in the market. I'm recommending all my friends to sign up for Meridian.

Just like the big banks; which is no compliment. I made on online inquiry to have someone arrange a time tor me to come in and open the most ideal personal and small business accounts. I am sick of the big banks 'stealing' off the backs of working Canadians and showing obscene profits, all the while needlessly raising transaction fees.Needless to say, no one from the Leaside Banch ever bothered to contact me. Next!

Had a wonderful experience with Michael. Michael helped setup all of our accounts and was super knowledgeable about the million and one questions we had all the different accounts.Highly recommend this branch for the amazing service and willingness to go above and beyond.

Tried to open an account for someone in a wheelchair, saw Sam who collected the information and promised to call after reviewing documents. He never called left a message for him with someone at the front. No response. Sam is not reliable and gives Meridian a bad name.

I have been dealing with Sam Basir at the Leaside Meridian Branch for several years now and have to say that he is absolutely exceptional. His professionalism, business/mortgage knowledge and customer service is second to none. He helped me through a very difficult situation, and treated me with such courtesy and respect, and I can't say enough about him.
