Stupidest phone service ever, you want to contact EI? You can't ever. You call the EI number you can't ever get through they say call Service Canada you call service canada and there is no one available tot talk to either and they have no options other than hang up, STUPID!

Unhappy with this service!!! The security guards are really nice!!! But the lady!!! Was really unhelpful and seem like she doesn’t like her work. Elizabeth was unhelpful!!!

I had a very pleasant experience (one of the first when comes to government services). I went during lunch hours 12:30ish and only a few people were waiting, I told the helpdesk agent that I wanted to request a SIN, she took my infos, waited about 10-15minutes and I got my SIN in 5min. Very quick and prompt service.

Lousy parking. There is no parking spots in front of building. Parking only on side street or a block over. Friendly service. Can have long waits. First thing in the morning is usually best.

Guaranteed Income Supplement . Service Canada website says to send in your application 3 months before your 65th birthday . Found out that the average processing time is 17 to 22 weeks !! Best to apply 6 months ahead . It is now 23 weeks and no cheque !
