First time coming to Jim’s with an older vehicle. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, explained the problem and got the issue fixed. Prices are very fair as well. I highly recommend Jim’s.

Always great service, they treat you like family! They know their stuff and if you call with a concern they'll educate you before rushing you in to make money off of you. (Unless of course it's something that you need to get in for urgently).

Excellent workmanship at a fair price, had some running issues with my motor. They did a good job of diagnosing and fixing the issues, also conducted some other repair work to make the car safe. Would not hesitate to take my car back to Jim's Automotive for repair work.

I've worked in the automotive industry and know how shady some places are.I would recommend Greg and crew hands down. They charged me for the time it took rather than book time which is standard. I can't say enough good things about them.

My check engine light came on in my 2015 GMC. This was my first time having my vehicle repaired outside of the dealership and Jim's was great. They were helpful over the phone when booking, able to take my car in within the week, and fixed the issue the same day. They kept me updated with the diagnosis, got my approval on the cost before moving forward, and patiently explained the repair at pick up. I have had no further issues with my vehicle.

First time customer. my vehicle broke down suddenly and the staff were very patient with me on the phone. Received a kind and professional greeting upon drop off and pick up. Owner's son drove me home after drop off-such a pleasant, young man. Picked the car up..no unnecessary repairs. Jim's is my go to" from now on while in Langley!"

They have a problem with their pricing, they almost charge me $35 more than the dealership for an oil change
