Horrible management. Horrible building with paper thin walls. My roommate and I have been harassed by constant noise complaints before 11PM which is the legal time which noise can be emitted in the City of Toronto. We would have a small gathering of no more than 5 people, speaking at proper volumes, watching sports. So if you want to live in a place where you can entertain company at a reasonable hour. Forget about living here. They will file noise complaints and threaten you with legal fees. Disgusting way of operating a building that is supposed to be home.

Great place, great management. Love this neighborhood more than any other place in downtown. You get all downtown has to offer yet don't bare the city's annoyance.

This place is unbearable. The amount of security needed for a building is disgusting. Please do better. If something is not working then maybe you should change the rules. I have to have a buzz code to go in first (EVEN IF THE DOOR IS OPEN) then go to security then wait and if I don't have the buzzer pressed then I have to go back out? or call the person down?

I rented from 2017 to 2019 and have owned and lived in my current unit here since 2019. Obviously there were many issues. When I was renting, the fire alarms caused problems and concierge seemed poorly trained. In the last couple of years, there's been numerous improvements. The board is active and putting lots of pressure to get stuff done. No special assessment, new positive approval from CMHC, and long-term and better equipped concierge staff. Not to mention unit values increasing at consistently health rates.The area itself can't be beat. Young millennials dominate the neighbourhood but we're definitely seeing more young families emerge. Much safer as of late, I hangout in the park out front at 11pm or 2am without worry. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, grocery stores, pharmacies and post office.Wasn't off to the best start, but I'm ultimately happy with my decision to be living here for the last 5 years.

Lovely condo in an excellent area! We recently purchased a unit & the management has done an excellent job with maintaining the towers. Can't wait for the new King-Liberty GO Station & bridge that's being built right behind the tower! Having recently been cleared by CMHC, this location has tremendous value & potential.

I’ve owned this unit for 4 years. There were some issues with car break ins and storage unit break ins when I first moved in but they installed cameras, changed the locks and changed all the building FOBS. Since then, there has not been an issue. I love the location of this building and the people are very friendly. One minute walk from restaurants and nightlife.

Do not buy here. Do not rent here. Fire alarms going off multiple times a day. Water shut offs where residents have no water all day for 5 days or more at a time. Constant animal waste all around the building. Noise is awful, you can even hear people opening and closing drawers in units around. Most of the amenities are never open.

One of the best condo buildings I've lived in.Very safe location & lots of things to do nearby in Little Portugal. Excellent management that has really turned the building around. Very happy to be living here amongst great people.

I am an owner in the condo and there were various issues in the building when I bought it back in 2017. All legal and construction issues have been resolved and there are no special assessment fees or other problems in the building. The area is amazing with great restaurants, coffee shops, easy transit and the main bonus - Smart Track station will be built right behind the building with easy and quick access to the Union Station.

Great location!!!This condo building started with some problems however they were resolved. Building management doing its best and running this condo community very nice.Young and vibrant condo building which is actually a community. Highly recommended place to reside in downtown !!!
