Decent location but they don't carry 94 octane and the pumps can be finicky reading Petro points cards

Can not say anything good or very bad. But service can be more appreciate it.

i was being threatened by the owner for using the washroom.. he told his employees to note down my details. he was being very rude , arrogant.. he told me that he will call the cops for no reason.very very poor service by the owner. you get to know how they treat their customer.i used to come there regularly but now i won’t be going back.would suggest everyone to go somewhere else.

I Purchased gas last week, but when I was put it in I can see nothing coming out of the pump at least $5 or 6 $. I immediately complaint to the casher and she give me the business card of the manager and told me to call him monday I called on Monday Mr. Saumil Ghauhan he was horrible customer service and he told me the pump was working , I feel very disappointed!! I'm customer for long time my husband also @ Petro Canada . I ask him to give me the petro Canada head office number he refused, but I Google and I called the head office the was a good customer service , they took my complaint. I will still buying always gas @ Petro Canada. but not more @ this location 3380 dixie. I want the head office redress this situation . Thank you the head office customer service

purchase a Petro Canada gift card for a birthday gift when I was visiting Toronto at this DIXIE location. the employee working at 16:20 on 2022-06-03 stole my money and did not load the gift card. now I have to go through an extensive process with head office to have this resolved. if I could give you 0 stars I would and if you could train your employees better you could earn some stars from future customers.

Purchased gas here yesterday morning and immediately my car started running poorly. It was misfiring, something my car never did before. Check engine light came on. Can't say for certain but mechanic suggested too much water content in fuel. I changed spark plugs and added water remover additive from CT along with octane boost additive. Just posting this review incase others are having or had the same problem.

Worst petro can around pumps always in french and when you ask why they say its out of there control and the people working there dont even acknowledge your existence to busy playing on there cell phone

Conveniently located, but tends to be pricier than other gas places. I only go here because I have petro-points. No car wash, but there is a pick-up station for packages, and you can fill your tires with air (for a buck I think). Sometimes these places will turn on the air for you if you buy gas there. Convenience store is overpriced as usual.

Watch out for the guy begging for change sneaking up on you at the pump. Not sure why the station staff don’t call police or attempt to deal with the matter. Very unsafe feeling
