I just had my first reflexology session with Anna, and what an amazing experience ! It felt so great that I immediately booked another 4 sessions with her. Its like a a great foot and leg massage but also with pressure applied to a lot of pressure points that have a lot of healing benefits. Cannot wait for my next appointment , Thank you Anna !

We have had 3 sessions with Anna so far for my son's eczema. She listens attentively to the symptoms and importantly is good with children. Thanks to Anna's instructions, my son's skin condition has gotten much better.

Anna is such a sweetheart! Super knowledgeable, understanding, and dedicated to the well-being of her clients. I am in my late 20s and up until a several months ago, had chronic acne for most of my life, to the point was making me feel hopeless and extremely self-conscious. The only thing that worked to reduce the flare-ups was birth control pills, but only to a certain degree. I didn't want to be taking medication long-term unless necessary, so I looked into natural options, while also accepting that I would probably have acne for all of my life. By chance, my mom and I met Anna at Tau while she was working in the supplement section, and were thrilled to find out that she has a private practice. One of the best decisions, and time and money well spent (even that is an understatement)! After following a supplement regimen and other recommendations for a few months, my skin is finally clear! Now I can go weeks without a single pimple popping up! Also, my energy levels and mood have drastically improved, and we are now working on reducing stress. I didn't believe that it would be possible to be where I am today, but she gave me hope AND results. I'll be forever grateful to Anna, and cannot recommend her enough!!
