I love these guys. I had been told by another mechanic a few months back that I needed both front and rear brakes.I had used Bert's a few times before with my wife's car and decided to hold off and let Bert's do the brake job. I dropped off the vehicle at Bert's, with the full expectation that I would required a complete brake job....front and back. I was called a few hours later and told that I, in fact, only needed the front brakes done.Who does that nowadays? Finding a mechanic you can trust is awesome. I highly recommend Bert's.

Brought in my overworked Ridgeline for a wheel alignment. I had 3 negative experiences with other shops with my front end over the last 16 months and it didn’t drive right, tilted steering wheel after alignment and uncaring mechanic. Berts spotted 2 noisy wheel bearings and replaced them, and did the alignment. They had in done by the next morning. The steering wheel is where it belongs and ride feels good again. Good service, good people

I've been taking my cars to Bert's for decades now because the service is so reliable and friendly. Recently, I called to make an appointment because my car was making an unsettling rattling/scraping sound. I made the call at 8 am, was told to bring in my car at 10 am, and the problem was fixed by 10:30. That is good service! Thanks, Bert's!

I would highly recommend this shop. After researching prices for a set of new tires, I was able to get the best price from Bert’s. Appointment time was honoured and work completed well within the promised time period. Atmosphere is non-rushed and the appointments, invoicing, etc. are handled by very pleasant women in the front office. They even had all the necessary rebate paperwork ready with my invoice. Getting a bottle of Bert’s spice was a nice touch as well.

I was in desperate need to get my old winnebago a much needed wheel alignment. I literally spent days phoning almost every tire shop in Edmonton and area trying to get it done ,everyone either said its too big or it won't fit our alignment machine,a couple big shops were actually terribly rude. By chance I called Bert's on the third day and Darlene said no problem when can you come in!They did a fantastic job and took time to find tires that replaced the old out of date tire size that were on. Had them go over everything and she's ready to go again. Nothing but the best service and work by anyone so glad to have gone to Bert's. Recommended anytime and if you need a wheel alignment on an older motohome go no further.

Came to fix the tire rod.Parts: are overpriced by 20% what you normally pay at the regular store e.g Bumper to Bumper. I was told that each shop does that.Labour: I supposed to pay $139 an hour but every extra adjustment is charged additional labour charge. So it is not $139 it is more like $200. E.g. they had to use machine to recode.Service: it was okay. Had to email back and forth to ensure I get my quote reduced.Positive:- replacement car while your car is being worked on- mechanic knows his staff. Car got fixed without any problemOverall nice people but they charge like any other shop. I was hoping for more honest invoice based on the reviews I read.
