Excellent pour la vente. Mais ZERO pour le service ! La livraison est incomplète. On reçoit le lit et le sommier mais le matelas a été oublié ! On le recevra seulement 1 mois plus tard ! Bien sûr tout à été payé d'avance.

J ai bien aimé le service que j ai eu!Sa me prenait 6 chaises de patio et il en avait que 2 à Sorel,ils m en n ont commendé 4 autres d un autre magasins merci RD

Très bon service courtois, poli et professionnel. Je suis content de mon achat qui s'est effectué sans problème et rapidement car j'avais déjà visité le site web du marchand qui est facile à consulter. Les prix sont raisonnables pour du mobilier en cuir et des meubles électriques. Nous avons eu les explications relatives à nos questions. Nous avons également acheté un plan de protection de 5 ans pour protéger notre investissement.

You get what you pay for. We bought a full house funishures and appliances. The sales team were helpful and welcoming. However they recommended us with who they said was their best and most efficient to install the furnishures ( and the only one they have).He told us to pick him up at 10am (in addition to paying him way more than fairly, we had to drive him back and forth). We called at 10 he said to come at 11 as he was walking his dog!What an unprofessionalism!It took him 6 hours to install a clic-clac, a lounger and half a bed, without mentionning how he screwed the paint on the bed head, and my husband had to strengthen all the screws after him.Plus the bed frame was supposed to be couleur chocolat as per our order and the invoice, and the surprise was when opening it today it was black, and the bed head is way shorter than it is stated on the dimensions.For the time and money we wasted we could have brought a professional to come early in the morning and finish the job by the end of the day so we could move in.Terrible first and last experience.Very disappointed.

Moi ça fait deux fois que j’achète chez meuble RD à Soreltracy et je suis très satisfait du service et des produits que j’ai acheté. De la vente jusqu’à la livraison les gens sont très gentils et courtois. Vous avez un client pour longtemps.Merci encore une fois
