Canpar

The person I spoke with from the Barrie depot was amazing to deal with and was able to find my package. However, I wasn't happy that they didn't keep track of where my package was.

Called them over a text I'd received stating a package was somewhere in the states, (forget exactly where) and id not receive it unless a form was filled out with my personal information on it. Giving canpar all the info I had on the text an number Id received they said it was a scam. Its always better to call the company themselves rather than message or reply to the unknown text or call you receive.

Brutal service. Pkg not delivered, so need to do pickup. Canpar location is in a different town 40 minutes away. Can't get through using that office's phone number, nor the customer service phone number, nor the online chat options.Also the slip that was left at my door says pickup required, but doesn't specify where. Online tracking contradicts that and says it's put for delivery (even though canpar policy is only to attempt that 1st delivery)... where the *#&$^% is my pkg?

Deliver it in perfect condition on time at my door very polite. Greenwich Street Barrie thanks again appreciate it you did a good job.

One of boxes got wet during delivery so they replaced it, left a note saying nothing was damaged and that they repacked it, there was only 23 out of 24 in my package. So where is the last item in my package?Horrible customer service said it's not their fault.

I'd give zero if it was an option. I can't say the customer service is bad, because on all accounts it doesn't seem to exist. I've tri d multiple times through phone and live chat to get ahold of a real, living, person to no avail. Still waiting on an update for my delivery.

The worst delivery service ever. I am mad that I can’t go lower than one star!Simple order from a great company gets sent to these guys/girls. Two packages. One gets delivered immediately the next day but for some reason the other package was separated?? Why?? Their logistics team should all be fired. I call them and I am promised it will get delivered the next day and that they will set me up with this fancy text alert thing. Great. I get the text that the package is on the truck the next morning and will be delivered by end of day. Great, not smart to burn gas to my house twice but sure whatever. End of day, nothing, no alerts or anything. I check the tracking and it says driver non attempt! Like what?? I call and I’m told that I have to wait until Monday now because they are closed for the weekend! I’m out over $600 for my business because this delivery company is terrible. If I would have at least been given the heads up that the driver was lazy then I would have drove to the facility myself and picked it up. When I called the company I ordered the stuff from they told me that it is a common theme with Canpar to split the packages up and deliver on separate days. OMG, what a terribly run organization. I’m embarrassed for them. Unbelievable. No one is going to reach out to me from Canpar and reimburse my losses right?

So no one came and they said I wasn't home, I checked my security cameras but no one showed up we also have 3 people at my house at all times, they're going to drop the package off tommarow they said I hope this turns out to be true as I do not want to take a day off work.... if they do ill change this review to 4 stars, the person on the phone was OK to deal with but kept trying to tell me no one was home when every other company I get packages from has no issue and we order alot of stuff I hope to change this by tommarowUpdate, package came in driver apologized was a super nice guy, thanks!

WORST SERVICE ever. Looks like the delivery was not attempted. Delivery driver even didn't knock or ring the bell or call or text me. Just put the notice on door even I was in the home.They are charging 25 dollars for this worst service. Best of luck everyone if you are dealing with Canpar
