Well, I can safely say I picked the right builder. My experience has been fun and has just flowed. You just feel when things feel right. No question I made the right choice building with Castellano. Everyone here from sales to owners to trades and suppliers are down to earth and just hands down awesome. I feel like family honestly. I’ve worked in the home building industry now for 17 years, so I know when I come across a builder who aligns. From being easy to work with to quality workmanship and great people, that’s been Castellano. I’m very impressed with their process so far and service along the way. Castellano homes did an exceptional job on my in-laws re model! They listened to everyone's input and ran the whole process on time, smoothly and professionally. The caliber of their work was excellent and their invoices were reasonable even when we had to make changes on the fly. As with most remodels, we found things along the way that normally would have caused panic. Castellano always thoroughly explained what work needed to be done to both us and my in-laws and always came to them with reasonable and cost effective solutions. I have renovated a lot of homes and Castellano exceeded all our our previous experiences. They treat your home like their own.

The team at Castellano is beyond top notch and matches their quality and workmanship to a Tee.In the show home, Gary is knowledgeable and forthright. If he didn't know an answer, he researched and found the answer before passing it on to us.Sam? What can you say about Sam? He is thoughtful, detail oriented, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and open. He is a great person who is fun to talk to and very hands on, taking you step by step through each vendor, ensuring you get what you want.Pat is the Construction Manager and takes each and every detail of the building process of your home to heart, just like it's his own personal home. The attention to detail is top notch and the quality of workmanship is visible in every aspect. Our home is our dream home because of his attention.Tony is easy to talk to and working behind the scenes, honest and detail oriented.Were there hiccups along the way? OF COURSE, as you cannot build a home without the odd issue popping up, but this team went above and beyond when solving any little problems that arose.We know that we built a home during a pandemic, so there were delays and price increases that came up, but these guys forged ahead and created our dream home!!Thank you Castellano team!!!

We came to Castellano with a concept for our dream home which was an out of the box design from what usual home builders offer. Gary jumped on board right away and never once made us feel like our wishes were too much. From the design, to selections with Sam and building with Pat we cannot say enough good things about the people and process. Covid presented itself with many challenges that the Castellano team worked endlessly to overcome. Our home was built with exceptional quality and any concerns we had were addressed right away. It is one thing to work with a good business but it is another to work with good people as well, that is rare now a days. If you know anything about construction you know that as much as you see things happening on site, there is a team in the background working just as hard so THANK YOU to all the Castellano staff for making our dream home the envy of the neighborhood and a place to call home.

We bought our place from Castellano in 2016 in West Hillhurst. The layout, location and fit/finish was what we were looking for which made the purchasing decision an easy one. We were pleasantly surprised with the after sales service with everything being addressed as promised.Fast forward into 2023 and we continue to be amazed at the quality of the house. Almost 8 years later and it remains the best house we have ever purchased.
