We always have a great experience with Dr. Parent and all of the staff. Dr. Parent’s talent is always consistent with his work and he always has a very calming demeanour. In addition to the great experience; scheduling appointments are always made easy by the lovely ladies at the front desk!

Dr. Paul Parent is one of the kindest and gentle souls you could meet. It's amazing how 10 happy patients don't write a review and that 1 unhappy patient does! After taking over the practice Dr. Parent has been able to hire and train exceptional staff that provide service to his patients, upgrade the practice with new equipment and take the time to listen and treat each patient. I'm in many practices within Canada and find Dr. Parent caring, soft in his patient approach, detailed in his dentistry and kind. He takes pride in not over treating and listening to each patient. Dr Parent has been my dentist since I moved here from BC couple of years ago. I have nothing but good words. He’s excellent in what he does, definitely considers his patients input and discuss care goals with you. Scheduling was also a breeze, I had to cancel a few times but I always end up in a reasonable timeline that works best with my schedule. Staff are great, they’re fun and really welcoming, def recommend:)

A remarkable team! The entire staff is friendly and go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Parent and his Hygienist Morgan are professional, explain everything clearly and are thorough. Very good at what they do!

Dr parent was great dealing with my son and squeezed him in last minute twice due to tooth pain. The staff is also great!

Place was great until Dr parent came in, will never go back now! My daughter was crying once and he rudely asked my wife if she wanted to take the tooth out, we started at this dentist because Dr Quinlan was so great with kids and now they have someone the complete opposite! My appointment was canceled so many times I can’t even count, the last time they called to reschedule told them not to bother they will just cancel again I’m sure, I’ll go somewhere else! We also told them anything not covered under insurance we don’t want done, then did something to my wife’s teeth and now saying we owe them for it, not once telling us that we were going to have to pay, we didn’t even know we owed it until they called and threatened to send us to collections if we didn’t pay! Like most people my wife is out of work and we are just barely surviving yet they slap us in the face threatening collections for something that we shouldn’t have had to pay for as they did not tell us it was not covered! Never been so angry with a dentist before and no one in my family will ever be back to that place!

Dr parent is a horrible dentist from my experiences. It's a shame, I switched dentist after going to him. He removed a tooth, cut both sides of my gums beside it so while it was healing it was pulling at two sides as it healed. I've never had a worse recovery from pulling a tooth. Then I had to get my jaw shaved down because when I had my tooth removed and they where so rough it fractured my jaw bone. Since that My jaw hurts worse then it did before that... it's been over a year now. Takes his unhappiness out on patients and staff. You can see hes miserable, but still.
