I had Richelle make me a memorial blanket for me as my father had passed away, i brought her a bag full of t shirts and asked if she was able to make me a blanket and she said yes absolutely. It took her over a year and she left 6-10 needles in it, I was so patient with her and kind about it even though she was extremely busy.I was stabbed multiple times by the needles and removed them myself with pliers. Richelle left multiple holes and loose threads in it. She did not sew straight lines and used all different coloured threads. I will never go back. This woman botched my entire memorial piece. Do NOT go to this place!

I was visiting in Cranbrook and desperately needed to have my new suit pants altered and hemmed. I called Richelle's right as they opened, explained my situation and without any hesitation, Richelle told me to come on in and she would do the alterations.In less than 2 hours I had my pants altered, they we're exactly the right length with that perfect little break and the cost was VERY reasonable!Thanks Richelle for the excellent customer service and for doing such a great job!

Richelle is one of a kind. I will endlessly recommend her. I forgot to pick up a dress for a wedding once and she made special arrangements for me to come get it. I’ve walked in with a rip in my pants and she’s fixed them while I waited. She’s a GEM.
