Great people working here. Sometimes it's a small wait but they'll let me know they'll serve me shortly. It gives me time to think of something to get anyway. I'm starting to get to know the staff some more and it's nice engaging in small conversations after the short waits.

Love your coffee, except when the closest location seems comitted to making my coffee wrong- almost daily, since new staff was hired.Aside from consistently wrong coffee, your staff isn't even pretending to fill the cup- pay for an xl get a lrg-made incorrectly.

I go here nearly everyday before work for a coffee. It is absolutely insane, how long it takes inside the store. Waiting 10+ mins with only 2 people ahead of me is ridiculous. This happens everyday. There is only one woman running the front (taking orders one at a time, and making coffee one at a time) she is super sweet and kind, but can we not take atleast 2 orders at one time and complete two coffee orders together? Or, maybe have two people working the front?

Whoever is managing this unit needs to grow up. I went to this store to get a sandwich....April 27 approximately 645pm. My order I could see was inaccurate 3 x. I kept correcting the new trainee (I guess) and then the manager come on and tells me I am being rude. I am not a rude person. I can be very patient but I didn't want the wrong order to go through. How can me just correcting the trainee" be rude? Not my fault if they got flustered. It's all apart of training. I had half the mind to go in the store.So all I ask of this Tim Hortons owner is to see how many complaints you get?? Maybe your manager needs to go....and grow up. I ended up leaving cause she was over reacting and assuming I was upset. I just wanted the order right."

They were awesome! Very friendly and polite. The battle axe in front of me screaming at the girls working there because she was upset however was terrible. To anyone reading this if you're going to cause a big scene, call head office" and just be all around miserable over a $2 coffee... do everyone else in the city a favor and stay home. They don't need people like you in there. The company will just fine without your business."

Horrible service today. Tried to complain about sitting in the drive thru while people in the other lane that came in later, getting served first. Manager LEANED OUT the window after I told her I no longer wanted the coffee and yelled don't come back"I will not"

Stopped here on our way home to Calgary. We were told they had no donuts, and when my husband asked for timbits, they said we are actually closing in half hour. We are out of everything"Really? Why not just be truthful and say "we've boxed up whatever we had left over

Whyyyyy clean the damn ice cap machine in the middle of the day. Do that at night before the next day. Pretty annoying! There was 3 cars that pulled away because of this.
