Great staff and amazing work!

I needed a bracket for my boat trailer welded and contacted Ritchie's. After explaining to Dot, a wonderful lady, that I needed it done ASAP but that it was galvanized she put me in touch with Adam. Apparently welding galvanized steel is very difficult but he told me that they could probably replicate the bracket for me instead a lot faster and a lot cheaper. I dropped off the old bracket and Dot called me the very next day to tell me it was ready. When I went to pick it up I was a bit concerned about the angle so Russell, who made the bracket tweeked it a little to my liking and it worked out perfect. A huge shout out to all that were involved. I have been in the service industry for 37+ years and service like this is pretty much unheard of these days. Thank you so much.

OMG! My winch on my pop up camper broke and I had to replace ASAP. I needed a custom weld to be able to use it. Every other place I called would not take me, even when i mentioned I’d have to sleep in my truck. I was transferred immediately to Adam who had me up and going in 20 minutes. I will be back here again when I come back this way. Amazing service, SUPER FRIENDLY, and VERY professional! Thank you again. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

Two Chairs to be welded would seem to be a small job, but it wasn't, nevertheless, chairs dropped off at 10:30 am and returned at 2:30 pm. Excellent Friendly Service!! We highly recommed them. Many Thanks Lynda and Terry

Adams provided a great profesional customer service. He did a great job at welding and modifying aluminum mufflers for a DLE120 gas engine. 100% satisfaction.

I needed work done on my snowmobile exhaust quickly and they delivered. Very friendly and courteous service. I have to admit that it was pricey but you get what you pay for quality work.

Fairly large operation and came there to do a small job. After going there to show them the part to be fixed, and calling to confirm it can be done, I went there a second time to drop it off. The owner just didnt want to do it. He said he'd think about it and never called me back. After calling I found out the team had a conversation about the scope of their work, and that they were busy enough to decline this small job.So I had to go back and pick up an unfinished job. My issue is if you decide not to do a certain job, you have to still do the one you committed to, and just not do it in the future. I think this is unprofessional and unfair.

Took my dirt bike here to get the radiator mounts welded back on to the frame. They were able to get me into the shop fast and finish the job even faster at a reasonable price. Top quality job and Adam was awsome to deal with.

Have used Ritchies a number of times. Very good quality welding and manufacturing. Would recommend them without hesitation."
