Excellent service all around. Had a rock chip repaired, arrived with no appointment and they had it fixed within 15 minutes. Brought another vehicle to have the windshield replaced the following week, service was fast and the windshield looks great. Every other auto glass company quoted significantly more for the same job. Definitely recommend windshield surgeons.

I've been here a couple times now for emergency rock chip repairs and to replace my windshield. They did a great job, staff was friendly and they provided a lift to and from my home. The price to replace the windshield on my Ford F-150 was reasonable. Would recommend coming here to have your glass done.

The service at the Sherwood Park windshield surgeon's are second to none! Amazing people and service. They a very efficient and do quality work in a timely manner. Plus the vibe here is amazing, not to mention a manager that cares about the customer, and his crew behind him. A great family vibe with top notch skills and work ethic. I dealt originally on the phone with Charlene. She was so polite and pleasant to deal with. I could not get in until Monday but she suggested I stop and get windshield bandaid so moisture would not get into the rock chip. She said to speak with Eric and see if maybe I could sneak in during another appointment. When I showed up Eric was super efficient, quick and so courteous to all customers in the wait room. They took me in that day so I didn’t not need to come back with a newborn Monday morning. They fixed the rock chip within 10 minutes. They pulled my vehicle to the front door, another man helped me with my door and told me, moms are super hero’s. I got in my truck and drove away with happy tears. It was what I needed to hear that day. I would HIGHLY suggest this place to anyone. I had the most amazing and humble experience. I will definitely be going back for any type of glass procedures.

100% PERFECT SERVICE. I was so happy I went to see them - they replaced my windshield the next morning, I arrived at 7:55 am and and before 8 am my jeep was in the shop. 75 min later they were done. The price was a lot less than I was expecting to pay - GREAT WORK EVERYONE!

Unbelievable! I had an early morning appointment and I was barely registered with the guy at the front counter and the team already had my broken windshield removed and were installing the new one within 15mins. Very impressive service and customer interaction. And the price is the cheapest anywhere! Definitely a customer for life if I need their services again. I was very impressed!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLERecently received my inaugural Alberta windshield crack, and was really concerned it was going to spread quickly with this fluctuating weather.Decided to hurry over to this place. Arrived to find that the open sign was off and they close at 3pm on Saturday. I was 30 seconds late for closing and we'll past the last appointment slot, but I tried the door and it opened.Entered to a surprised face; and was advised they were closed. I said ok, and explained I was just hoping to get the crack in my Windshield fixed before it spread, and was about to ask if I could book a time for Monday, but before I could the guy working said, he woukd get me in.I was stunned, and even said I'd just come back because I didn't want to keep him after hours, but he told me it was ok, and proceeded to open the door for me to drive my car in. 15 minutes later the crack was sealed. I paid the $60 (no guarantee that the crack wont spread, but their lifetime repair warranty means, if it does they will reseal it at no cost - at least that's how I think it works).Bottom line; very friendly, professional and dedicated staff. Also reasonable prices, and superior process and supplies. Simply a great place to do business when you get your next rock chip or need a new window.Thanks Windshield Surgeon!

Had two windshields done within two hours. Excellent service and great value. Had quotes up to $1100 for a windshield I got for 500.Worth the drive from Edmonton, for sure!

Submitted a quote online and within a few minutes got a call back to go over the quote and to schedule an appointment if I wanted to proceed. Fair pricing for my windshield and cheaper than the other quotes I've gotten from other companies. Great customer service and extremely fast windshield replacement!
