OMG the new owners have changed the taste of the food!!!! The fries are seasoned and crispy, totally delicious!!!! Two times I have been there. I have had the Gardenburger, which was amazing. I have never had a burger patty like that, very tasty and full of flavor. Will definitely be returning to try the other menu items and other burgers definitely a must try highly highly highly recommend with a new ownership the food quality has definitely changed for the good!!!

Ordered mushroom burger with melted cheese on top. Very good. Moist patty, fresh mushrooms, lovely presentation. Good flavour. Cost similar to fast food, but much better quality beef, and it only took 5 minutes to get my order done.Excuse the photo since I had to get the burger to go so it is a little crushed. Very excellent. If you are in the area, definitely worth a try.

Amazing place and wholesome people!We visited this place; in the heart of the city, on our last trip to Chilliwack. The food was fresh, appetizing and tempting. Not only do they have distinguished veggie options but their chicken and beef dishes are of high quality too.What makes it exemplary is the customer service! The staff is very polite and amiable; additionally the new owner of this place Jasdeep is conversant, knowledgeable and well-informed about the food. The passion he shares for his cooking is depicted in the quality and assortment of his dishes. Additionally, most of the dishes can be customized for kids, staff customized poutine for children and they enjoyed it with the milkshake. I would definitely visit this place again soon when visiting the city.

My other half and I stumbled across Burger Shack while rolling through town, and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very tidy and clean. Our meals worked out to about $13 each, and we’re FRESHLY made. Portions are fair for the price as well.

This place was phenomenal. Customer service was so kind and attentive, she made sure we understood the ordering process and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The onion rings were so well seasoned and the burger was just the right amount crispy. Amazing place!!

Love the Hamburgers here., so much better than any Fast food chain. Nice staff! I hope people will start to really support these businesses. The food is great /prices are reasonable. Clean washroom.

The curly fries are not just unique but the seasoning they use is so good. Sweet, salty and slightly spicy. Raises them to another level.Had the shack Cheese Burger. Really tasty meat, great size and the shack sauce should be sold by the bottle. Definitely recommend.

Service and food are amazing! The employees are kind and created a welcoming atmosphere. Food was 10/10 and reasonably priced. Highly suggest to check the place out!

Honestly I have been there twice now and both times I have experienced the best burger I have ever had. My wife that is not typically a burger fan agreed as well both times. They use top quality beef and fresh toppings in their burgers and that is what makes the difference. Their fries and onion rings are excellent as well.
