This is by far the best Toyota Dealer that i have visited. I was in the market to change my Corolla and went to many dealers to get a new price and I was always very disappointed with the service until I reached out to Toyota Granby. It was the farthest from my house but it was worth it. Rebecka greated us and was very pleasant, professional and was really the definition of amazing customer service. She is what made us change our mind and has gone 150% above our expectations. She answered my many questions and was was always available. I then met with the commercial director Isabelle which is such a charm to work with. Not the typical good cop-bad cop approach. A stellar .. with so much knowledge and a great sense of humor. to finish. when we were ready to get the car, we were in the great hands of Sylvie which is so funny and very resourceful. I can only say great things about this place.

*UPDATE 7/25* The reply they gave me is saying that they try to reach me multiple times where Patrice Demuy message me and I reply 24 hours later because I am traveling. And he basically told me too bad, that is your problem. What kind of communication and service is that? Initial communication was with email and why if you cannot contact me not send me an email? Hum?? maybe because you just want to sell the car to another customer. I emailed Toyota Canada regarding and I hope they are more reasonable. For the day I know the car is at dealer's lot till the day Patrice Demuy told me the car is gone is 6 days. I put deposit for 2 months. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* I ordered a GR86 from your dealership in June and the car arrived. I am from Vancouver and am arranging the process with Patrice to purchase and deliver the vehicle. Today Patrice Demuy told me the car is sold to another person because of my lack of communication with him. From his first email telling me the car is arriving till today is only 7 days. He asked me for my new driver's license and I told him I am traveling and will send it over when I get back home this Sunday. He said I can't do that. I am really unhappy about this and I have already get ready to come pick up the car.

Came it, came out, sale force was not very interested to sell anything... very bad first impression.
