Life saver:) I always get good results by going to this clinic. Minimal waiting time and carrying staff. The pharmacy is also pretty fast

This clinic clearly has assembled a great healthcare team who would make you feel cared for.I truly appreciate having Dr Wang as my family doctor, as he genuinely cares and would make time for his patients. And on days he isn't around, the walk-in doctors (we've seen Dr Khojasteh a few times and she's amazing) are equally superb in delivering quality healthcare.As they can get very busy, the front desk would also advise patients of potential wait times to set expectations (how many walk-in clinics would even bother doing that?). It really helps that they're located next to a McDonald's where you can grab a coffee while waiting.All in all, this is an A+ clinic.

This clinic is really awful. 0 points for the clinic, the front desk is simply unprofessional and irresponsible. On January 4th, the doctor prescribed a urine test and a pap test for my mother. I have asked countless times until today, but the front desk said that no report has been received, and asked the patient to call the lab to check the progress of the report. I called Dynacare today and the two reports were sent to the clinic on the day of the test and on January 31, but For more than a month, every time I asked the front desk of the clinic, they said that I hadn't received it and asked me to wait and ask about the progress of the lab.I have been to this clinic several times during 2017-2020，and the customer service and doctors are very serious and responsible. I don’t understand why frequent mistakes were made after changing the front desk and doctor. Please don’t go to this clinic. It really delays everything. The front desk said that the doctor called follow up to report the next day. After waiting for three days, there was no call. Shouldn't it be the front desk to check the progress of the lab and accept the lab report? They never follow up on the progress of the report, which is why the lab sent a report and kept saying that the clinic did not receive it.BTW The prescription form issued by the family doctor cannot be received by the clinic's pharmacy and I need to bring a printed version to pick up the medicine, but the pharmacist is very professional and friendly.When I encountered such a bad situation, I didn't know what to do, so I could only write this 0 point review on google review. If you don't want to delay your condition, don't go to this clinic.

If I could give this medical clinic a rating I would give them a zero star they do not handle emergencies very good. It takes them 2 3 days to call you back. You can't just go in like you could before when you have a emergency and then you don't even get to see your family Doctor some other doctor bad service from this clinic

This is a great location and clinic my family doctor Susan Ngo is the best. Always checking up to see how things are and it really shows how involved she is with your needs. The appointment times are very reasonable comparatively to other clinics I've been before. You book online or call in they are very busy so if nobody answers just leave a message and they will call back. Make sure you bring your health card and show the ladies upfront they will pass you a tablet to answer a few questions regarding your appointment. The rooms have a sliding door for privacy and are fully equipped for most things for quick check up. The other best part about this clinic is they have a built in pharmacy so you can easily refill your prescriptions. Sonam is so nice as well as the other pharmacy assistants at this location.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give ZERO stars I would.This has to be the worst clinic of all time. They are hungry for money and don’t care about the patients at all. I had a report faxed over to them TWICE and they have no idea what happened with it both times despite multiple call backs to check. The place that faxed over the report to this clinic was even frustrated and said they will not send it to them anymore. On the 3rd call to this clinic they insisted booking an appointment despite not having the report handy. How would this help at all? You want an appointment booked but do not have the report that needs to be discussed. Why trust this place to help when they are careless and are just looking for opportunities to make money. Terrible experience.

Dr Wang is the best family doctor I ever have, the reason I wrote this review is to let people know he is dedicated to his patient and he really care about us. I have phone consultations with him today but he recognized sth is not right with me so he asked me to come in to the clinic before closing as he feel in person might be more effective and he collected few swap samples from my throat and provide short term and long term solutions. Unfortunately he doesn’t accept any new patient since 5 years ago, but I still want people to know that it really take a lot effort to be a good doctor!Thank you, Dr Wang!

Every review about this clinic not answering their phone is correct. Even if you were to call them right when they open nobody answers the phone (not sure why they have one if it seems like a difficult task). I can’t walk in because you need an appointment. My only reasons for returning are the encounters with the doctors (especially Dr. Wang and Dr. Bahar) and the pharmacists who have been caring. Otherwise, not sure why they claim to be walk-in when they seem to be always full
