Purchased peonies from their stall at the Kitsilano Farmers Market, which I was excited about - especially to support local - but I was so disappointed with the quality of the flowers I received, especially considering the price I paid for them just for 5 stems. One blossomed to the stamen on the inside being black and the others had petals that started to brown even though I put them in water within 20 minutes of purchasing. This was all within a day and a half of purchasing the flowers as well. I could have gotten a larger bunch with much better quality elsewhere for the same price. Super disappointed.
