I booked both a furnace service and duct cleaning service. They were both scheduled for the same day. The furnace tech showed up in the morning on the day scheduled, they provided great and friendly service. No complaints there.The duct cleaning was supposed to be following the furnace service the same day, starting at noon. I called their office at 12:40 to see where the technician was, they put me on hold and tried calling the tech. When they got back on the line, they told me they couldn't get a hold of them, but assured me the technician should be on their way. Then I received a phone call back at 1:30 from their office, and the person on the other line said they had a message to call me back but didn't know why. I explained the technician hadn't shown up yet, so again they put me on hold and called the technician. When they came back on the line, they said the technician had their truck in the repair shop all morning and they were still there and that I'd have to reschedule. This was frustrating as I had arranged to be home all day. The call operator offered me $20 off the service due to the mixup". I rescheduled for the duct cleaning another day.Well the service was scheduled for today at 10am. I called at 10:40 when the technician hadn't arrived yet

Came in on Thursday and accessed my water heater. My element was toast so I had a waterless tank installed on Saturday and installer was fast and efficient. Just need electrician to come and convert old 220 to proper wattage. Glad I phoned ProAce to handle the job !!

I scheduled a duct and vent cleaning, hot water heater and furnace service. The technicians were polite, efficient and explained the process and any recommendations they made to me. They cleaned up after the work was done. Would use this company again for the same service.

Pro Ace Heating and Air Conditioning are THE BEST!!!I called them and reached their dispatch. Within 5 minutes a tech was called me back and asked if I was OK to troubleshoot over video chat to see if he could figure out what was going on with my furnace. Over the phone he was able to walk me through how to relight the pilot on this older furnace, saving me from a cold night!!If you have any need for a furnace repair or anything to do with heating or Air conditioning, CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!
