Due to incompetency from an assistant, and the firm, we've been put at risk for losing a substantial amount of money that could've been avoided by answering some very basic law questions. Resulting in unnecessary stress if we just connected with a different firm first. Have also heard about bad experience from relatives who have said they would not use this firm ever again.
