For sale! White, GMC Sierra 1500 4X4, 4 door crew cab.So far my experience with GMC and this dealership have been a nightmare. I find the staff rude and condescending. If you have warranty work from a vehicle purchased at another dealership you are not their customer and will be treated as an inconvenience.We will never be purchasing another GM Chevy product going forward.

Under new ownership or management? New policies and service team cannot be trusted with maintenance or parts for the return of a fully functioning vehicle.

Bought auto parts and went to go return only to learn a !$100 dollar re stalking fee!! For parts that we’re already in the shelf for probably years ! So beware if you buy something from them if you end up returning the parts you’ll only get a portion of it if you wait a month or more I think it’s bad for bussiness it’s understandable if the parts are special ordered/Mcarthy gm has put a post below to react to my review but hasn’t reached out to me yet this day today Jan.07.2022 still today no one has contacted me again Dec 22 2022 I don’t think this company cares or will ever

My 82 year old mother took her car in for an oil change and i think thats all they did. $111.no car wash, windows cleaned or vaccum (once upon a time that was part of the service)no senior discountthe girl at the desk was awesome.i think it's time your team reconsider your customer service.i wasn't impressed

Service has been the worst I've experienced in the nearly 20 year's of owning a vehicle.Took over 5 hour's to do an oil change and diagnostic on my door handle. Came back to get warranty work done on the door handle since this is the closest gm/chevy dealer and they only had half of the parts needed for the appointment - didn't notify before hand even though I was sent a confirmation text about the appointment days before. Was told the appointment would take about a hour to hour and a half and again took over 5 hour's.Hopefully they can assess what needs to be done to fix their service department.

We have bought both of our vehicles from MacCarthy GM Terrace! Boyd was amazing to find exactly the vehicle that met our family's specific needs despite vehicle shortages in the area. We have had our Suburban now for 2.5 years and he has called each year on the anniversary of our purchase to ask how things are going. He has gone above and beyond!

I was so excited to see a dealership open in Prince Rupert that my son and I went there and spent $200,000 on brand new trucks. No one ever followed up with us after we left the dealership. No one called to ask how we were enjoying our new vehicles. They failed to order some parts and accessories we wanted for our new trucks, but they turned it around and made it seem like it was our fault. The door handle broke on my son's truck and they tried to fix it with krazy glue. Not surprisingly, they closed the dealership shortly after this. Now we have to drive 300 km return for diagnostics and then 300 km return again for repairs and service. Last month, I went to Terrace to see about trading in my pickup and I was treated really poorly. It seemed like they really did not want me to buy a vehicle there. They couldn't have cared less. They offered me the lowest price I've seen yet for my truck, which only has 80,000 km on it. The place really has that feeling of a stereotypical rip-off car lot run by misogynistic dinosaurs from the 1950s. Just an uncomfortable, uneasy atmosphere in this place all-around with really unfriendly people working there. My sons and I felt so sad leaving there after being so excited about the possibility of getting a new vehicle. I shopped in the Okanagan for 35 years for GM trucks for a reason. They at least tried to make me feel good about spending $100,000 and would often call me up just to see how it was going. This dealership re-affirmed that reasoning. Do not shop there.

My mom fell and broke her wrist.. the family had to get her to Kitimat for surgery when even transit wasn't running the roads were so bad.Cory from Parts was able to find me a set of already studded tired in good condition. And Will from Service was able to facilitate my mix up's on my rim size allowing me the use of the gm courtesy car to get the proper rims and figure out a time slot for me at next to no notice...I wouldn't have even gone looking at the dealership if it weren't for Nathan's Facebook Marketplace postNext see if parts has the pontiac vibe fog light relay I need in stock
