A very nice salesman came to inspect my lawn to confirm that I had chinch bugs. I asked if they could treat for the bugs, he said yes, gave me a price and took my credit card. He tried to sell me on a yearly contract but I declined so he just sold me the treatment. He left. Then he returned to tell me he spoke to his boss and his boss said they cannot do the treatment without a yearly contract, so I cancelled the treatment appt. After he left I realized he had my cc info so I called the company to make sure my credit card would not be charged. They assured me that it would not be charged, that my account had been cancelled. The following week I come home to find a notice in my lawn telling me they had treated my lawn while I was not home, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! The lawn had already been treated by a more professional company. I called them back, angry, and was told not to worry I got a free treatment and would not be charged (that was not the point). Well guess what? When I got my credit card statement of course I was charged!!! I called again to be told we are only human". Don't blame "being human" for incompetency!!!"

These are the same pictures with or without vertdure lawn care services west island montreal is no different. Every year we have to call for weeds control 5 to 6 times.

Last year, they came to my house and suggested the weed control and fertilizer services for 2022. I paid them twice and they never came at the right time for weed control. So, crab grasses were grown in my yards and they just told me sorry. I canceled my services and they didn’t refund my money. I strongly suggest other companies

Worst service ever. Technician came July 28th, I watched the video from my security camera after the fact. He forgot to spray the front yard and only did the backyard. I call in to let them know and they didn’t believe me. I send them the video and wait for a response. I didn’t get one I call in and was told somebody would come August 6th to treat the front yard. Well nobody came. I called back and was told that somebody did indeed come and I confirmed via the video surveillance that nobody came, I then start getting attitude from the person on the phone, I ask to talk to a manager as I was not getting any service with the rude customer service agent, I was told the manager was not available but that they would ask the manager to call me, I waited a few days and no answer so I turn to Facebook messenger and explain the situation I receive a response within minutes asking for my address and phone number. I received a call the next day asking if I would be home today I say yes and wait all day for the technician to come only to get a phone call at 5:00 to tell me they won’t be making it today. Paying for a service I’m not getting while my front yard suffers. I will be cancelling the service and will start looking for another company to treat my lawn.

Terrible! I decided to try them out, why I don't know. I had a great company prior to this one. First issue, the first visit, they showed up in the rain, definitely an indicator of trouble ahead. Then they never came back until i started complaining. With each visit more weeds not less. I have never had weeds like this. My lawn is ruined.

Horrible company. Aggressive & rude managers & customer service. They don’t spray all the lawn...they don’t value customers & they don’t have my trust. They tried to steal almost 400$ from my account, even though I told them I’m not treating the grass this year. Thrives!!! They owe me 65$ & won’t pay it back. They have no principles or concern for clients. I’m cancelling my contract & filing a complaint. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Showed up weeks after any other companies in my area and now, it’s been nine weeks since they first showed up. Called , lady I spoke with, realized that they made a mistake but still not coming to fertilize my grass. Worst looking grass I ever had. They don’t care and customer service can only say they will be in your area soon!!Terrible unreliable company, stay away, plenty other good one’s out there. Chez Vertdure, il font dur!

Very bad service. I paid for a 12 month service plan a I had to call their office to schedule a weed treatment in early May and 2 weeks later I called again as no one showed up. Then another week went by and still no service. I called a third time and cancelled my service contract with Vertdure Delson. I would have been better served if selecting a lawn care service provider in my home town.

They have sprayed the backyard at least 3 times when the contracts says to only do the frontyard. We have pets and young kids that play in the yard every day. We just noticed they sprayed the back yard once again without our permission and we cannot use the backyard for 48 hours. GREAT. I even spoke to them last time I catched them and reiterated that it was only the front yard, which they confirmed they wouldnt touch the back, yet they did once again....
