Metcap - Tower West

I wish zero stars was an option. Metcap is a bunch of slumlords in every sense of the word. They charge outrageous rent for a building that is not kept in working order. Just ask the people that got trapped in the elevators yesterday when the power got turned off without notice for hours. Or you can ask any of us that, to no fault of our own, had NO HOT WATER FOR THREE DAYS LAST WEEK. I'd write more, but we AGAIN HAVE NO POWER RIGHT NOW, and I'm conserving battery power on my device. Don't rent here, save yourself.

the worse company ever.the unit doesn't have heater, is extremely old and very rude manager. inside of window there is ice and we can not open it , so you can image how old window is. please if you are new to Vancouver new come to met cap living they are so rude and irresponsible. with half on this money you can rent the unit better in this city. here there is no electricity , because is cold we buy heater but we can not use it becease if we use the all light of unit gone. Rose , yall to everyone, she is the most horrible person that I have ever see.save you money and life and don ,t come to met cap

Worst company ever - horrible customer service and scammy property managers (Melchor in particular) and overpriced properties. Do NOT live in their buildings.

I lived here for 2 years and the most amazing thing was the manager of this building. Ludmila and her husband Velademir are very very nice, friendly and helpful.

Worst company ever, they over charge the rent, not well managed.
