Erin is the owner of the Body Shaman and she is passionate about what she does and is very knowledgeable about her patients conditions. I've been here multiple times and it's one the best services I have received. She is very friendly, takes the time to understand what the issues are and focuses on your recovery. I highly recommend to check her clinic out, it's a great spot!

Started seeing Erin for my prenatal massages. She is wonderful and helped me work through SI joint/hip pain. She has great knowledge of prenatal care and I look forward to seeing her postpartum!

This review is not based on an actual massage, but the fact that I booked a massage there 3 times - in autumn, in December, and today - and all three have been cancelled either on the same day or the day prior. Two of the bookings were on unusual days, such as late Dec and Good Friday. While I totally understand everyone needs a long weekend, why offer slots for bookings that cannot be completed. While the massage itself might be excellent, and the space looks inviting, the cancellation trend is really unusual, to the point where it’s hard to believe it’s genuine sudden sickness. I was hoping that “third time’s the charm,” but alas, it wasn’t.

Erin is a god send. I have been to quite a few massage therapists and no one is able to attack my knots like she does. If you need a deep tissue massage I can't recommend her enough. The Body Shaman is clean and is very COVID safe. Book a massage today, they will not disappoint!

Great staff and experience in an underwhelming location. Got a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Every movement the RMT did felt like there was intention behind it and I felt great for days afterwards. The rooms are no Oasis but the treatments are excellent!

Martyna was amazing! I had a 60 min massage booked to treat some neck and shoulder pain. I left the clinic almost pain free! I would have even asked her to extend the massage time if I did not have to be somewhere soon after.Thank you Martyna!

Love going to this place, I come here once a month. I regularly get deep tissue massages from Martyna for about 90 mins. She is very friendly and cheerful and I just love her vibe. We've gotten to know each other over the last few months and it's always been a good time. The studio is small and quaint. I'm sure the other RMTs are just as great.My only problem is this place isn't very accessible, since there's a few steps up to the doors.But all in all it's a great place, great staff and peaceful. Which is exactly what I need.

I started seeing Erin in the spring and I can honestly say, she does amazing things! I've had injuries from the gym but she really diagnoses problems and gets to the root of the issue so they don't flare up again. She works the muscles and I feel so much better when I leave. The clinic itself is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Erin and Alicia are great massage therapists!! They take the time to listen to your aches and issues and also explain and show you stretches to do afterwards.
