Dear TeamI am Harkirpal Singh, an uber driver. I am facing mentally disturbing situations that is really very stressful for me as met an accident , while driving uber. The whole incident is as follows:On 21/dec/2022 I met car accident and on 23/dec/2022.The uber insurance said that there is an agency called FIX AUTO that repair uber cars that have been damaged by uber. There is a Girl called VARINDER KAUR, she does all the estimation process. The first time on she checked my car and didn’t tell me that it honks when started by remote starter but declared other damaged stuff . And on 03/Jan/2023,I parked my car at you there location for repair. On 06/Jan/2023,She called me to say that wait for few days as the condenser and radiator needs to be changed, I agreed and said OK. On 11/Jan/2023,She said your car is working and is passed by safety check and it honks when started by remote starter . I told her it was not before, she said it is not accidental damage and they will not repair it. I went checked the abnormal noise and my remote starter is not working and took my car to get it checked from a dealership called NISSAN AGENCY IN SHERWOOD PARK as they got the remote starter installed in my car. They sent me the remote starter company called AERO CAR PARTS in 50 street EDMONTON. They said it is a technical issue caused by technician when he did wiring work. And I have to pay for it. I went back to IFIX AUTO on 13/ Jan/2023 and talked to the front same person VARINDER KAUR, who does all inspections there. She started talking to me rudely that it is not there fault . She is mentally harassing me . Please look in to the situation as I am very depressed as my car is not working properly and the FIX AUTO is not supporting and doing the things right, instead just fixing the things in wrong way . I hope you look into the matter as soon as possible ,otherwise I will have to take legal actions against her as She is harassing and misbehaved with me.Thank youWith regardsHarkirpal singh

Besides a long wait for parts which wasnt really their fault. They did a great job on our vehicle. Looks like brand new. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Fix auto is fantastic! I highly recommend. You would never know there was a dent.

This location indicates that it’s open at 8:00am and I had an appointment for 8:30. Sadly no one is here and I think this was entirely avoidable when you’re booking meetings.I’m not quite sure how I’ll proceed or if I continue with Fix Auto.April 17 - I revised the stars down to one.I received a message from this business to indicate that there was a miscommunication and there was a medical emergency. I'd only point out that this is a slick establishment with only one staff member working.I'd suspect this is a bare bones operation.I note some of the reviews here suggest that repairs were done by this location. I want to clarify that this is a residential area with restaurants and other similarly presentable businesses. There are no junkyards, parkades of damaged vehicles, or active repairs conducted on premises. This is clearly a satellite location specializing only in intake and assessment. This is not an appropriate location for all situations.

I brought my vehicle in after an accident and the service was amazing! Not only was my car fixed -you couldn't even tell where the damage was, it was earlier than anticipated and they left it showroom clean. I absolutely recommend this place! Varinder was a dream to deal with as she remembered my name, answered all my questions and made the whole experience pleasant.
