La Diperie Premium Outlets

The place was a little small but other than that, mini donuts and the ice creams --- sooo good! Enjoyed it. Love this place even the one at lakeshore location!

We went there on 5th March and forgot our shopping bag there when we realized and came back after 10 mins it was gone!! We complained to the girls on counter but they simply refused to even look for it. After some discussion they reluctantly connected us to the store owner and I understood right why they were behaving suspiciously. That gentleman even refused to look at the camera footage citing privacy!!! Privacy to even look at the camera which he installed to capture the video of store ?? If so why the camera is there in first place? We were not asking to show the footage to us just wanted him to look if someone has taken by mistake or stolen.After much discussion owner agreed to check the footage in evening but by then I already knew the answer which was already ready. We checked on 6th Mar and as expected he passed the message that we didn't have the shopping bag when we entered the store!! I am still to understand how he identified us from the footage when he didn't saw us in person? If he is truthful why not share/show us the video where we entered without shopping bag?? That's our video and he recorded it and even with privacy law we have every right to get that footage!!

I was confused which icecream to buy so i asked her to taste. She gave me 2 icecream and she told me she can only taste me only 2 icecream. I told her i am going to buy for sure but just let me taste it a small spoon. She didnt allowI dont understand how to buy icecream if we dont like the icecream.

I had ice cream, chocolate and pistachio. The pistachio tasted really fake and not appealing. The staff is very friendly and that is why I am giving them 3 stars.So this is an underwhelming spot for ice cream. I feel the quality for La Diperie has deteriorated over the past little while.

Love the concept of la diperie where there’s so many different flavours of chocolate dipped and so many toppings to match! The soft serve is tasty, but the chocolate is good but not the greatest. They really have a nice aesthetic to their ice cream too! So perfect for pictures. The staff helping out at this location were amazing! SUPER FRIENDLY! And so helpful! I’m getting used to the whole system of ordering still amd trying to find that favourite one of mine to boost the star rating up, but will still need to try more. This time, had the birthday cake dip with gummy bears, which my daughter loved and the red velvet dip with graham cracker crumbs. The chocolate is a nice thick layer and hardens fairly quickly so breaking it may need some effort the plastic spoons cannot handle. But that’s where getting a cone will come in handy to hold and bite! The service alone is something I would totally come back here for! I’ve been to this place 4 times in the last 4 months trying to get ice cream. 3 of those times the ice cream machine was allegedly broken. I worked at McDonald’s long enough as a teenager to know that’s not true, they’re just too lazy to clean the machine.

This spot is great! The service was super friendly and there’s tons of options for everyone. I especially enjoyed the strawberry cream dipped cone.
