They came 6 hours after scheduled, the left the jobs unfinished. Left my in floor system overflowing and leaking. Said they would be back as soon as possible. 2 months later can't get them back. Also charged $500 for a piece of work that was not complete. They did put a piece of foil tape on the leak. So I guess it was worth $500 .pesos maybe

The technician from Guardian was very courteous and professional when servicing my central air unit.He did a walk through of the system first and then explained his findings and then proceeded to clean and service the unit.After he was done, I did notice a considerable improvement as the unit wasn't working as hard to cool our house which should make a difference on our power bill.I was very happy with Guardians service and I will continue to use them in the future.

I had an issue with my bathroom sink. Guardian was very prompt to respond and help me with the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very efficient with the job. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and tackled it with ease, even though it was an awkward tight space. Thanks again for the help Guardian.

Great service and quality employees. They literally roll out the red carpet for clients. I am doing the yearly check ups on our furnace since install and we have saved money and had a much better experience since install.

I was not happy with the service. They sent two technicians out to repair my Super Hot gas fired boiler. I had previously narrowed down that the problem was with the Hi limit switch, I told them that and had sent photos of the switch, and after two hours of checking out the system they finally agreed that the hi limit switch was faulty, and could not get my unit up and running. I was told if they could find the repair they would call me back. After a day and a half I sourced a switch myself, and installed it. I then called them and cancelled them for the install.

I am so grateful for Guardian and appreciate Ozzy so much. I don’t look at my plumbing issues with the fear and dread that I used to. I know that Ozzy will come and assess the situation and give me options on how to deal with it. His professional and positive approach along with his great sense of humour makes my plumbing issues much less painful. The fact that he didn’t judge my excitement about what came out of my slow running drain was the icing on the cake ha ha.Thank you Guardian team you are so great and always come through for me. No show up for appointments more than once within few days without sending any notice, call or message to inform. On every appointment, We took time off work and waited for them all day to show up , but no one did.Dispite their unprofessionalism, their fees and prices are crazy expensive and not real . After they finally showed up, they charged us $315 for less than an hour without putting freon in the AC. They said before that the freon was about $67 / pound , but when they wanted to put about 2 pounds of freon, they asked for about $900 ( other than the $315 which they already took.No courtesy, no professionalism, crazy expensive fees
