We hired Gina as a photographer for our elopement and she was amazing to work with. From our first e-mail she was excited, interested to learn about us and what we were looking for, and full of ideas to match our goals. Gina was very quick to respond to any emails or calls in the lead-up to our elopement and answer any questions we had.The photoshoot with her was wonderful - she was fun to be around and encouraged us to do our own thing while she captured all the moments. We didn't feel pressured to do anything out of our element.Special appreciation to Gina for being able to help with some last minute tech support for us to stream our ceremony for some family members back home. We'll be ever grateful for that.Gina had our photos ready for us much earlier than we expected and we are ecstatic with how they turned out.Highly recommend working with Driftwoods Photography!

Gina is incredible!! We really couldn’t have asked for a better person to take our photos. The whole experience, from when we first connected through to receiving our stunning photos, Gina went above and beyond. She was so helpful and easy to communicate with. During the photoshoot, we had a blast! She made something that is way out of our comfort zone feel natural and easy and she was SO incredible with the kids. (And they definitely put her to the test!) Our photos are something we will treasure always. We really can’t thank Gina enough!

We are incredibly happy with the super double session we had with Gina. She took beautiful family shots, engagement shots for my sister in law and then some more traditional full family pictures for us at our family cabin. She has a wonderful way with children, our kids were very comfortable with her. We will treasure them forever and are looking forward to booking again!

Gina and her photos are the best! We had an extended family gathering in Parksville this year and wanted to get some quality family photos. When I reached out to Gina, she responded promptly and with enthusiasm to wrangle four young kids and six adults for photos.During our video call to discuss what we were looking for, Gina was warm and welcoming and provided lots of information to support us. She was also flexible and happy to work around nap schedules.Gina engaged with the kids to get smiles and candid shots and made the whole group feel comfortable. She edited and uploaded the photos to a website for the whole family to easily access and download pictures. There were so many good ones, it was hard to decide which ones to print!I highly recommend using Driftwoods Photography!

Our first family photo shoot as a family of 5. ❤️We’ve been wanting to have a photo shoot with all 5 of us for quite some time, but between scheduling and weather and finding a photographer, it just hadn’t worked out.We reached out to Gina and asked if she could meet us at Neck Point Park and we told her the look we were going for, and she ABSOLUTELY nailed it.For us, our time together is about making new memories, and spending quality time together, and we wanted to capture these moments, and Gina did such an amazing job.It’s hard to put into words how much these photos mean to us, and how grateful we are that we received so many incredible shots that we will have difficulty choosing which ones to print.Gina, THANK YOU so much for being so accommodating, for being so wonderful with the kids, and far exceeding our expectations. What a fantastic experience! We had pictures taken at Neck Point and we had our family and the grandparents. We needed a spot that was accessible to the older crowd but still had a beautiful setting. Gina captured our family perfectly, our smiles and laughter. The lighting was amazing and the final pictures will be treasured forever. It was a really fun day. I highly recommend.

We had the opportunity to do a golden-hour photo shoot with Gina this past fall on a beautiful local mountain. We were very nervous going into it, but the experience was SO great. Gina immediately put as at ease, and let us pose naturally/candidly with quick pointers and so many good ideas. She has such an eye for natural lighting, beautiful landscapes and capturing truly emotional moments between a couple. Not only was it a great end product the whole process was fun. When we did receive our photos I almost cried, I've never had such beautiful portraits of Kailey and I, especially when we are so obviously in the moment" with each other.
