When it came time to renew our life Insurance, they did not acknowledge emails and phone messages. We told by the receptionist, they did not have time to deal with us, a 25 year customer**UPDATE JUNE 10, 2020** finally got a phone call, why did we only give one star, explained all the refusal to reply to our emails, phone calls, was asked if they could do anything, and said I would never deal with them after being brushed off after 25 years, was told we don't have time to deal with your account. Also have passed this info to the ones we referred to AW
