Aaron cleaning service

Hired Aaron’s to come clean a rental house to get ready for the next tenants. He walked in and looked at the carpet and said he couldn’t clean it. Walked upstairs and said he isn’t going to do this job. He didn’t say he wasn’t getting paid enough or anything, just that he wouldn’t do it and walked out. I have personally cleaned worse carpets than this with my personal steam vac. If he can’t/won’t clean this, not sure what he is able to do. I will give my business to someone who wants it.

Used this company because it was recommended by property management company. Booked the services over the holidays in which our appointment was cancelled last minute due to cold weather. The only time the carpets could be rescheduled was after our walk through which the management company was ok with. The owner said I could pay him through email transfer and sent me a reminder email to pay. Each time he emailed me I responded quickly saying I was happy to pay I just requested the communication/email traffic he had with the management company stating the carpets had indeed been cleaned - in which the request was never acknowledged. He texted me asking for payment. I reiterated I was happy to send over money if I could please see the communication. He then called and started yelling at me. I calmly asked him if I could explain, in which he kept speaking over me and then told me a completely different process they use for vacant condos (which I had never been told up until this point). That part was miscommunication but he continued to raise his voice and speak very disrespectfully to me. I was not trying to with hold payment which I explained multiple times. Really unprofessional and would not recommend.

I witnessed their job where I live not good to be honest.

Called Aaron Carpet cleaning first thing Monday morning after having a bit of a flood after a huge rainstorm. Everything had finally dried and I needed it cleaned fast. Courtney came first thing and did a wonderful job. Fast, efficient and very clean. Would highly recommend them. I will call again for the rest of my house for sure

Made appointment on Monday morning. For Thursday at 830am. The guy textes me at 730am on Thursday.. an hour before he was supposed to show up to Cancel. Very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME … CALL ANOTHER COMPANY

They keep cold calling me 5 times already, the first time they called me I told them I didn't need there service. They still call, its become harassment.A year later the calls start again. Twice in a week I'm on the National do not call list and they still mange to call. I've never given this company my number or never been a customer. Beyond harassment I'm about to call the cops and report your business.
