Spiffy Clean

As a Site Superintendent in the new home construction industry I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Spiffy over 15 years. I’ve watched Barb grow her company and evolve over the years. Their quality, consistency, reliability and professionalism has never wavered. In all these years dealing with Spiffy I can honestly say they have never let me down even once. If you need great, reliable, dependable and thorough cleaners Spiffy is the best I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend them as they have earned it!

Never deal with this business again, We were given a complimentary cleaning through our builder as we purchased a new home. I sent them all of the informations, they didn’t show up, I phoned them they said to not worry my address is on their schedule but no one show up and that happened in Spring of 2020

Spiffy Clean takes care of our office cleaning. They are an awesome group! We just had the sanitizing done by them as well. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing commercial cleaning.

Rude, lying, lazy employees. Do not hire. Your on-site employeed reflect your business, and they are not professional. A spiffy clean lady literally stood on the street and blocked me from parking in front of my job to load my scaffold equipment so her coworker could park their van there and not have to carry a vaccum more than twenty feet. I didn't know you could claim parking spots and stand there until your coworker arrives.

We were given a complimentary cleaning through our builder as we purchased a new home. I came home to windows that were only washed on the front and back of my house. They did not bother to clean any of the windows on the sides of my house, which are visibly covered in dirt from the construction of my house. Someone left a note on my door saying to call them to book an appointment as they needed access inside my house to clean the windows over the deck. I’ve called twice and have left messages. No one has called me back (it’s been over a month). I’m assuming they don’t care as it was a complimentary clean. I’ll have to call another cleaning service to finish the clean.

Slow and unprofessional, in my opinion.I first requested window cleaning services in October of 2020, and was told they were shut down for the season. I thought that was a pretty weak excuse because daytime temperatures were still above 10 degC at the time. I was told I would be front of the line, come spring 2021.After sending several emails in the spring, they finally showed up in June 2021, nine months after I first requested service!They did an acceptable job on ground-level windows, but the above-grade (second story) windows were not quite as clean with several dirty spots left. When I enquired, and asked for a return visit to clean the windows properly, they informed me they use a 20-ft extendable hose/sprayer for the hard-to-reach windows and there was nothing they could do. (Investing in a better ladder or scaffold is apparently out of the question).Several dirty rags and a broken mop head were left on the property when they left. Also one of my window screens was left laying on the ground.To be honest, the only reason I put up with this company is because my homebuilder, Pacesetter Homes, included the cleaning with the purchase price of the home. I would NOT recommend Spiffy to anyone, unless they want a mediocre job and don't care when it gets done.

We were given a complimentary exterior window coupon. I sent mine in over 3 months ago and was told to put my email on it so I can be notified they received it. I didn't get an email over a month later from mailing it in so I called in to confirm and they said they were super backed up and may not get to cleaning my place this year (which they now wont because there is snow). I still havent recieved a confirmation email and so now I'm stuck looking at nasty windows until next year? Had I known they don't actually honor their certificate I would have paid to get them cleaned.Update I just was told that they already did our complex and probably got dirty again. So it took them over 3 months to tell me that they did them already. I bet they didn't and are too behind since they still hadn't even opened mail that was sent months prior.

I was driveing and one of there drivers allmost hit our vehicle with a child in it as she ate her breakfast behind the wheel drove all outta her lane swerving and everything then decided they wanted between our vehicle qnd another with no room for there mini van and proceeded to push us off the road !! I took her picture qnd the licence plate number and will be calling the police qnd the companey .

We cannot say enough about this company! Barb and her team having been helping us here at Concrete Blonde taking our cleaning to the next level! They are always so accommodating and so friendly. We just got their new sanitizing system for our salons and it was awesome! We will continue to support Spiffy Clean and we LOVE our supporting LOCAL! Thank you Barb, Deb and Team!

Working in Spiffy for almost 11 years, the boss is good and all the staff are paid very well. The boss is kind and understanding. She’s very compassionate and welcoming to all people, She’s giving opportunity to work for disabled people.
