We purchased the Six-light Canoe Pendant DVP 9336-SN-WL less than three years ago and have had several problems with it. We had one glass shade just fall off with a broken ring. Then we broke another shade ourselves in March but can't replace it because the item has been discontinued and there are no parts available. I wrote to DVI and didn't receive any sort of response. Just this week, another shade just fell off when no one was even on the same floor of the house. It didn't break but the ring that held it is in two pieces.
