Needed to replace my furnace and water heater. Out of the companies I called, Centrum was by far the most responsive.Amir was very friendly and patient, he took the time to explain what needed to be done and what options I had.It is obvious that Amir and his team take pride in their work and as a homeowner that gives me much confidence in them.I would definitely recommend centrum to anyone requiring work done on their home.

The team at centrum were very professional and always willing to work things out with me. They have innovative solutions for retrofitting our heat pump system into our 100 year old house. They don’t give up and will work hard to get the job done and stick to their quote. Our heat pump works well and the team was very knowledgeable and has a lot of combined experience. My super old furnace(appr. 20 years) had an issue with flame sensor and Amir fixed it about 2 years ago. Loved his service also he recommended for a new furnace but decided keep the old one for few more years. The same issue came back 3 weeks ago but couldn't reach Amir in time so went with another company which was a bad idea. The company simply cleaned the sensor not replacing it. It costed me 160 dollars for 10 mins work. 2 weeks later the sensor went bad again and it's freezing cold with 2 little kids in my house. I am now fighting with the company to have the sensor to be replaced without another 160 dollars of labour cost. I should've gone with Amir in first place. I then realized how experienced Amir is. He replaced the part instead of cleaning cause he probably knew the same issue will occur in few weeks time! I'm now considering to install a new furnace and considering to go with Amir for sure!

We had our heat pump installed with Centrum and their service was fantastic through and through.Amir was very patient and took the time to explain our options and pros and cons to us. Installation was completely neatly and professionally. We have had it installed since July and have had no issues.Jenneth is very responsive and always responded to my emails within several hours. We recently had a new Carrier Heat Pump/AC unit installed by Centrum Solutions. Amir did a great job with the installation although we experienced a few hic-ups along the way, Jeaneth (office manager) and Amir were responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. As well Jeaneth has been a huge help guiding us through the various grant/loan applications available and assisting in the completion of these not so friendly government applications. Jeaneth was very patient through the whole process! This company is family operated husband and wife team and there moto is to offer a high standard of continuous service. We were very impressed with Amir's competence, versatility and work ethic. It took him less than a week to finish a fairly complex job ....installing a AC/Heat split system in a high-rise condo.
