It seem very much like most other masterminds, same kind of sections that didn't seem to be out of any stock. Staff greeted us on entry and we're helpful for any questions we had.

Toys for Every MasterMindLocated at the RioCan Colossus Centre of Woodbridge in Vaughan you will find this MasterMind Toys Location. Armed with gift cards from a recent birthday my son and I went to this location to find something to spend all that loot on. This location like the other MasterMind Toys location caters to all Masterminds from infants to adults. The staff is as helpful as they can be when the store is busy. The store is packed wall to ceiling with all kinds of toys. What we like about mastermind is that you can find so many new and exciting toys, new and classics. We had a great time and picked up some toys for ourselves and other family members.

Out of this world customer service, all the staff were more than happy to help me find several items that I was looking for at the store. The manager even went above and beyond and checked other locations that had some of the items they didn't have in stock. She also found the last Microscope they had in stock which was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Thank you to all the staff at this location for the outstanding customer service and just being kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

Two (2) very nice ladies gave my 8 (eight) year old daughter excellent service when we came in to buy a few items to celebrate the end of the School year

Friendly staff and management. The store is always well maintained and always has a great sale running. As a former ECE student its good to know that there are still toy stores out there that focus on selling toys that support a Childs development through out the early years. if you're looking for high quality baby sensory toys and great educational experiments for your little ones then this is the store you should go to.

Half of the employees weren’t wearing masks properly (below their noses or off entirely while stocking shelves), and customers were roaming the store with their masks off — no one cared. During a time when the new more contagious variant is running rampant, and before the holidays, I was extremely disappointed that the store simply doesn’t care about safety. I will not return.

Purchased a toy. The receipt was ripped and thrown away by our toddler and they told me there’s no way they can help with a credit or return. Who really keeps receipts for a 20$ purchase. I don’t recommend purchasing from here.

Maybe it’s impossible you don’t find a toy you are looking for.

Great shop and toys however the lady working there made me very uncomfortable. My partner and I were browsing the toys and she asked if we needed help. We replied politely with a 'no, thank you, just browsing for now'. We were looking for fun items for our nephews. As we looked at the toys however, she followed us and pretended to tend to items in the store near us so she could see us. This has never happened to me before and I felt very uncomfortable and even a bit embarrassed. It was very blatant and I was 1 minute away from confronting her but we decided to simply leave without purchasing anything. I didn't think there was any reason to warrant being surveiled during my entire experience at the shop. This is one of my favorite childhood stores and I will never go back to this location because of this.

Was just at this location and let me tell you that the service is the worst I have received. Natalie was horrible. She was rude, arrogant, and I am not sure how she even has a job. We will be contacting customer service, to discuss this employee.Update: Emailed customer service 5 days ago, as requested by the company in their reply below. Heard back today. All they said was sorry. They did not rectify anything. Stay away from this store.
