Canada Post Mail Processing Plant

I have been waiting since April 25th 2021 for my items and it has not arrive and we are in may on mother's day... !! It says item delayed but yet i bought 2 things from 2 different stores and got them last week which was may 7th.. how does that work.. ??? They both went through the same processing but my 1 package hasnt moved since April 25th.. did i get scammed!?!? Did someone take my 169$ item??

Tracked package never made it the 18km from Binbrook PO to Stoney Creek processing plant. Over 2 months, never updated. We're talking a large box (approx 2 cubic feet), not an envelope. No fires, floods, or accidents. Wonder how it went missing?Review has been updated. Part of the fault was mine with incorrect contact information for the recipient. Combined with no updated tracking of the package, and a neighbour picking up mail while on vacation, The package has been safely delivered after 8+ weeks. Still don't understand how a package cannot get scanned at any point until delivery. Hopefully newer facilities being built will help this.

I had a parcel shipped from London Ont. on Dec. 11/2020 as of Jan. 07/2021 I still have not received it. I contacted the supplier they told me that Stoney Creek sorting center “still” has a back log. I called Stoney Creek sorting center (no customer service) just a recording which states “We are experiencing a high volume of parcel delivery for the Holiday Season”, well it is now Jan. 7/2021 where is it. Very disappointed Canada Post.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Today is the day the straw that broke the camels back! I got 8 pieces of perfectly stamped and ready mail back that I mail 5 days ago!!!! These are payables too!

Usually packages stay here 1-2 days maximum before I receive them. I'm in Hamilton Mountain near Ancaster. The service is very fast!

Parcel came to them on December 2nd. Finally left the facility on January 8th. Canada Post is a joke these days. Literally any other company will get your items to you in a couple days, and will have some fail safe customer satisfaction policy in place if not. Get with the times Canada post. Your shipping is atrocious. And stop blaming COVID. You had months and months to properly prepare for the Christmas season and obviously chose not to hire enough staff.

My item has been sitting in Mississauga facility since February 2nd. The item hasn't moved since. No updates. You're 9 days past your delivery standard. I've received other items sent via the same facility that were purchased after the item I'm still waiting for. This doesn't make sense to me. Very frustrated with your tracking and shipment time, even prior to the pandemic.

Canadapost and this Location are the worst ever. everybody in this company should be fired and a totally new system should be created. my 2 bags were shipped on Nov 12, received 1 on Nov 26 and the other is still missing and no body seems to have an idea about what's going on. I have never seen any worse service like that. shame on you all.

Shipped out an item to a customer on Jan 18th arrived at Stoney Creek on Jan 19th. The item is still being processed" after 26 days with no updates. I have had 2 other packages arrive at Stoney Creek on Jan 26th & Jan 28th they are still being "processed" as well. I understand COVID is an issue but I have packages going through the Mississauga plant within 12-48 hours and they have a COVID outbreak and have sent a shift home. These types of delays with out answer causes issues for small business. No other postal service in Canada has delays or back log like this Canada Post Facility. It is ridiculous."
