I lost a button for a control 4 switch and from what I have been told West electric is the only company within the Sea to Sky that is authorized to work with Control 4 (don't hold me to that, just what I was told). I was given Jeff's number to call and this guy is top shelf. Not only did he answer his phone, he contacted me over the weekend, and within a very short window had the button ordered and on its way. He was a huge help and saved our buts. Would highly recommend these guys?
