Nelson at GNK has been most useful helping us find house insurance, at a lesser price (and better coverage) than we previously had. He also made sure we had coverage for all the extras, which came really handy when we did end up having a claim. I highly recommend Nelson and GNK.

This is my first ever Google post to show my appreciation of Nelson's hep with my condo insurance renewal.A few months I had to renew a friend's condo insurance in Victoria while I was on vacation in Vancouver, so I stopped by Waypoint in the Burnaby East Hastings location. I needed to better understand the options on the the earthquake deductible. Nelson was very patient with my questions and gave me a lot of great big-picture information that I did not have before. I renewed the insurance with Waypoint mainly because of his help.
