Service was terrible.

I lived in a building owned by this company for 2 years and I don't have any major complaints. Neighbours were nice and generally quiet. A lot of seniors in the buildings. Management was always accommodating when it came to my lease, whether it was adding or removing roommates, adding pets, or adding parking spaces, it was always an easy process. It can be hard to get a hold of someone at the beginning/end of the month but they are generally pretty busy at that time so it's understandable. The building was clean, the worst pest was fruit flies in the summer which were not a major issue, and the area was well kept. Rent was more than reasonable for the 3 bedroom apartment that I had. If I didn't get a house, I could've lived there forever.
