Bought all our appliances here and got a hell of a deal. Service was on point and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy appliances or furniture!

Went in looking for a specific type of chair, was directed to the area and started to look but very quickly a very knowledgeable smiling Wayne came along and helped me by being able to answer my questions. His suggestions worked for me and he even offered to have a price check for me on another item. I feel that is excellent customer service. I will be going in the make my purchase very shortly because of his customer care. Thank you for talking to me and not at me. Leon's here I come.

STAY AWAY FROM LEONS EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A SCAM. I purchased a range 3 years ago. I paid 400 for the extended warranty. We started having issues with the range so the warranty people sent a tech to look at it. They said 30 days for parts. That was fine. They left my house told me the stove was still useable just unplug it after using. Do we start supper and a major short in the electronics lit the stove on fire and burned a hole right through the oven. Filling my house with smoke. So we unplug it and fall warranty company again. We were told we would get a new range to replace the dysfunctional one we purchased. We were happy at the service. The next day we receive an email that they are covering 54 percent of the value of the stove. Their extended warranties are utterly useless. They cover 748 of my original cost. It cost me 400 for the warranty so essentially they are only covering 348 of my stoves value which was over 1500. I am livid and will never purchase at Leon's after this is settled and I strongly recommend you buy products from a store that uses a legitimate insurance company. We have been scammed simple as that. Stay away from Leon's extended warranty they will not honour their agreements and they will make you wait hours on hold to basically tell you you're on your own. I will never recommend Leon's to anyone and their extended warranty company even less. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
