Marc and Jarred did an incredible job repairing drywall after an incident with a previous contractor. It ended up being a complex job as the plumbing would have created a bow in the wall. They etched out the drywall and you'd never be able to tell. They also did all the little things that others don't, swept up each day, mopped at the end, and left everything looking brand new. Jarod was amazing to deal with from start to finish and we can't wait to have him back for our next job. His workmanship is fantastic. He was always on time and always communicated his schedule for the day. One of the best parts, at the end of the day he left the area he was working in clean and tidy. We were looking to get a bar designed and installed in our basement. We also wanted to support a local business. Fortunately our daughter knew Jarred from high school so we decided to give him a chance to impress us and that he certainly did!Our first impression of Jarred was friendly and attentive to our needs. We really liked that he had great suggestions to help us design our bar. We were very clear in our deadlines (we had a wedding party to host). Jarred worked his magic in planning the schedule and coordinated all the subcontractors perfectly. He was very respectful in ensuring we always knew who was coming and going, and called in the event there was a change in plans. Loft Construction was highly recommended to us by a reputable tradesman, who we think highly of. LC came and did drywall, crown, painting and window casing their work was so on point, we wish we knew of them sooner. I felt comfortable leaving them alone, and could tell that they was super professional. We plan to hire them for our basement reno, and excited to not have any worries with our next reno!

Jared did shiplap and beams on my cathedral ceilings. He also had my backsplash and full wall done in brick. I can’t express enough what an amazing experience it was. Great communication, very friendly and professional and super clean! He also removed my daughters whole kitchen but you’ll see her review. Exceptional contractor and very fair pricing.

We had Jarred and his team build and install built ins involving our fireplace. We are extremely happy with the finished product as well as the process in its entirety.Jarred was very professional and accommodating to our time needs. He was extremely knowledgable and provided several options for the finished product. While they were here, they were extremely clean in their working environment and were very detailed with cleaning up after every day of work which made a seamless process. If we needed to change or add anything it never seemed to be an issue or inconvenience and they were happy to have the final product being exactly what we had hoped for.We have had numerous compliments on the detail and overall product of the built ins since.
