Absolutely Ridiculous customer service

Big scam , I don't recommend it at all

We had a nice stay with Lifesuites Loft last month. The suite was clean and very close to Blue jays where we watched a game. The staff are very helpful and they're just one text away if you need help. The check in process was smooth and we were able to get a good trip to Toronto because of them. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!!!

Buchung wurde über Life Suites abgewickelt. Parkplatz konnte direkt an der Rezeption nicht im Nachhinein gebucht werden. Bevor man einchecken kann, muss die Kaution überwiesen werden (Bar Zahlung nicht möglich). Das stellt sich innerhalb einer Auslandsreise bei nicht vorhandenem Roaming als eher schwer heraus. Wurden dann zum nächsten Starbucks geschickt, da es dort freies WLAN gibt. Auch die Zimmer wirken zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber gekümmert wird sich hier nicht wirklich. Wir wollten ein Apartment mit zwei Zimmern, bekommen haben wir ein Bett in der Küche und ein Schlafzimmer.Das Positive ist die zentrale Lage sowie der Ausblick, wenn man in den höheren Stockwerken einquartiert wurde.Im Großen und Ganzen nicht empfehlenswert.

I don’t recommend it at all

I stayed with my sister last Saturday and we both have each unit at the 20 John building which was very close to everything you need. The units are clean and stuffed with things you need during your stay. Very worth it for the money and their staff is very approachable. I'm glad to stay with them again sometime soon.

The suit we rented was perfect for our needs. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Perfectly located not so far away from union station, with a view for CN tower.

270$ for one night(one person)with 500$ deposit without breakfast,pretty ridiculous.Accommodation was ok but for example no washcloth in the shower…Temperature in the room was 23 C and put it for the night on 18 C but it didn’t cool down…I’m curious how it will be in the summertime in those rooms ….
